“My aunt went to this facility few months back, she had a knee replacement on her left knee and she loved going there. She states that the staff was very friendly, she was scheduled for appointments very quickly and they made sure that she got the timings she wanted. She also liked that they give a home exercise program which she can follow thru an app and was very helpful for her. Currently, she got another knee replacement and is looking forward to going to EMERY PT!!!”

“Great staff and service. The only thing that I don’t like about the clinic is you have to be available 15mins prior to appointment, if you don’t, your appointment will be cancelled. So in total you have to dedicate extra time for the service. Other than that, providers are best, especially Dr Lillian and Dr Shirazi are the best.”

“By far the best office, I got my DOT exam done. An amazing experience from the time that you enter the office until the time you leave. The wait time is great, no more than 15 mins. I'm sure depends on day but it was fast. The staff is absolutely wonderful they have great people skills and an amazing personalities. You feel relaxed and welcomed every time. They answer all questions. If there was such thing as a perfect staff this would be it. Thank you so much I will be coming here every year.”

“Highly reccomend Dr Naseeruddin for any vein concerns or procedures! He is very kind, highly intelligent, and very informative. I had vein procedures done in both of my legs, and he was very attentive, and answered all of my questions with care and compassion. He did research to make sure I was fully informed about what was happening and he explained it to me in a way I could understand instead of using medical vocabulary I may not be familiar with. During the procedures he kept me informed about what was happening the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and warning me about what I may or may not feel during the process of injections. He has such a kind way of communicating with all of his patients, and I would go back to him with any future vein problems I may have!”

“I have been seeing Rittmann for about five/six years. He always makes time to really listen to me. Takes time to giving me the best solution to what I may be in for. The nursing (shout out to Eileen) staff is incredible, kind, caring. They have been angels to me. The front staff is just as amazing. They have never made me feel uncomfortable, put out, or embarrassed. All very professional. I am blessed to have the best looking out for my best. Thank you ALL for the care you provide.”

“Lutheran Home has wonderful rehabilitation facilities for those who are disabled. My friend had a stroke and the physical therapists helped him recover from that medical insult.”

“After Mom's stroke last year and her recovery at the Lutheran Home Rehab facility on the same campus as the Hearthstone assisted living facility. The family was totally perplexed and stressed about sending Mom back home to her raised ranch to live alone. We struggled with many options and settled on Lutheran Home assisted living. All I can say is AWESOME assisted living facility! The faculty is attentive, professional and caring! The director (Kimberly Malchow) is a total God Send and has become one of our family. The apartments and common areas throughout the facility are number 1 like no other. It truly is a peaceful, safe lovely home for Mom. And although very apprehensive at first, because you know what the old timers immediately think ... "You are putting me in a home". She has come to love it, loves her apartment and feels like this is truly is her home :-) Thank you Lutheran Home, Thank you Hearthstone, Thank you Kimberly for granting us the peace of mind to sleep at night.”

“Not sure what the deal is with all of the poor reviews. I've been going here prior to the renovation (~around 2020). Before and after have been good experiences. I've also been to multiple other NCH facilities, all with good experiences.”

“This review is for the dermatology services offered at 1051 W Rand Rd. Title: A good dermatology clinic plagued by availability issues. Review: The office staff are friendly, the dermatologists are very nice providers and more often than not treat the right condition. Skin conditions being complex it's often a game of cat and mouse til the root cause is found and cured. That game of cat and mouse is made far harder in this office because of availability problems. I can't blame them for having such a short list of dermatologists in this clinic. If you have relatively basic needs and time isn't critical and you're heavily connected to the NCH team then this clinic should do fine for you. If you have little connection to Northwest Community Hospital (my primary doc is out of Advocate. I barely use NCH services aside from emergency and immediate care. I was sent here by immediate care) then you'll probably be better served by a private fully staffed dermatology center. As this is not that. NCH dermatology is a small sub specialty within their specialty services. I would have kept the doctor on my treating staff if his availability wasn't plagued by overscheduling. They're clearly understaffed and the office has a hall of rooms as far as the eye can see yet availability problems will have you waiting weeks or more for an appointment. If time is of an essence and you need high availability, go to a dermatology clinic that does nothing but dermatology because this place is way too busy. The office is clean and the waiting area accommodates plenty of people with social distancing. Front desk staff are nice and when you can get an appointment they see you on time every time. If getting an appointment wasn't a hop on a waiting list ordeal I'd give them five stars but because the hospital can't be arsed with having more dermatologists on staff I have to dent them a star on the rating. NCH medical group, y'all should know better by now and stack the hall with dermatologists. Competing clinics are easily taking patients away from NCH. If you want to financially survive you gotta spend money to make money and NCH clearly isn't doing that. Although clean the office is dated looking, older decor and cabinetry are evident of the executive staffs ignorance to invest in more clinicians and a better working environment for them. The clinicians aren't the problem, the executives and management are.”
