“Awesome key duplicate service. I took a storm door key that other professionals did not accept, but they easily made me what I needed . Their key duplicates are highly recommended, they have a vast selection of designer keys which is great to make your keys easy to identify in a Keychain. This particular store always have staff members who are excellent in assisting you as soon as you enter the door.”

“I just want to say Hannah is a great, friendly, sweet and helpful young lady today (Memorial Day) I was in there for a cart full of items needed last minute of course and she was very helpful unfortunately while myself and a few other people in line were waiting an older woman I would guess is her manager was very rude and condescending towards this sweet girl because while she was helping, not only myself, but a few other people she had in line this older woman demanded she started to move bags of what I would assume is soil OK, just completely disregarding the fact that this girl was already overwhelmed by the line of people while helping navigate items I was looking for as well as another gentleman and ringing us out at the same time But the very rude Manager didn’t catch her name. She was just roaming about the store, but that right there is the difference between a leader and a dictator. You see this poor girl is multitasking to her best ability and you belittle her in front of other people instead of oh I don’t know doing it yourself or asking anybody else in the store but no, let’s go after the young literally little girl who was maybe 100 pounds to do everything assist people looking for items, cash them out then stop everything to go move bags SMH. I think management needs a dose of reality and maybe some training leaders lead by example and she was definitely not that. We all think Hannah and left and told her not to let it get to her and she’s doing a good job even if her direct manager can’t see or acknowledge that what a shame”

They also stock some more niche products you would not expect. I will also emphasize everything in this robust product offering is done so with phenomenal pricing. You will be greeted with counter salesman who also have good knowledge about the technical side of the industry which is not common. They are able to advise in many cases what best serves your needs. They are always friendly and operate with a sense of urgency to get your orders fulfilled. Everything from branch, to district to regional management is an excellent experience. I could not suggest a better supply house if you are looking for a dedicated branch specializing in Amana and Goodman products. They treat us as valued customers at all times.”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”
“Hands down the best and most personable rental services I’ve ever used . On a frantic last minute Friday job we needed an excavator rental with delivery within the 2 hours . Ed at rentals and his crew were fast, efficient and friendly . Not only were the prices fair but the machine was in such well tac . “Customer service is absolute junk. We purchased three appliances for a kitchen and scheduled them for a Saturday delivery. Pulled out all of our other appliances and put them in our garage waiting for the delivery and they never showed up. Do not buy appliances here. They do not understand how to take care of customers. Too big.”
