“Best service by far. I live in California but relatives live in Joliet. Unfortunately my relatives aren’t computer savvy. I had to send them documents which needed to be signed and PDF sent back to me. Mailboxes and Print Depot went above and beyond to print documents and have relatives sign and sent back the PDF to me super fast. I highly recommend this company. I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask.
After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately.
