“I drive at night and My subs blew the prior night in my semi This was the only place in town that I could find and I stopped by not knowing it was appointment only so I called the number on the door and zac was there within a half hour to help me get the stuff I needed and now my sound system in my semi sounds 10 times better than it did before. I’ve always been able to install stuff into my own vehicles but never was good at adjusting the settings. Zac was able to explain to me how the settings worked and he even got as much as he could ready for me so all I had to do was pretty much plug and play. If I’m through this town again I will definitely be stopping by again to get some stuff for my vehicles back home.”

“Phenomenal job! Went to this location with my boyfriend on Monday 4/17. We went around 6p.The lady on staff at end of the day was by herself. No manager, no coworkers. No exaggeration. She ran the entire store and served everyone in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about each Moto product and treated each person with kindness and compassion. She was so kind to us and I truly appreciate her customer service. She deserves a bonus, a raise and to be promoted in some form or fashion to store manager or district manager. Ask for her if you go to this location because it was definitely worth it.”

The woman who helped me at the service counter (petite, hispanic, approximately 5'3 - I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful and friendly. I was actually helped by her twice, and one of the times was right before her lunch break so she was probably starving and yet she was still super patient and super helpful. I feel she went above and beyond. ....So Target: give her praise, give her a raise, clone her six times, and promote her because she is exactly who you want representing Target.Although Target is usually exceptional with customer service, this particular store has struggled in the past with many employees seeming apathetic, unhelpful, and lackadaiscal. However, the handful of times I've been in the store lately (around the holidays) customer service has improved significantly and has become more efficient by all of the employees. If this is a result of new management and/or more mindful leadership, it's working and appreciated; so keep doing it ?”

My PS5 I had from them got stolen, my boyfriend was told it comes with a warranty for when something happens to it I believe they said after the payments were done but we paid extra. Called them to see if they can do something we were informed unfortunately there is nothing they can do and I still have to make monthly payments on something that got stolen that I didn't even have anymore. :/ Trying to have the cops help me but one of there employees gave the cops wrong information on how long it was missing it's been missing since Friday they informed the cops it was a week. I don't understand it.”

“Cannot believe I am writing a favorable Verizon Store review. But I am. Hate shopping at iPhone stores with a passion. Will not go into the long list of what I find objectionable; it's long and I would rant. Prepared for this visit online. Requested an apptmt. Described the issue. Gave as much info as I could. Showed up early for apptmt to check in. Only one person ahead of me. Minimal wait time. Hardly any bother. Friendly staff inquired about issue, checked things out, described the two options and what they would entail. Decided to try a local repair option -- Ubreak-Ifix -- with whom Verizon apparently has an arrangement. Only two blocks away. They had an apptmt right then. Service covered under warranty. Ok. Whole situation did not involve high pressure sales tactics, excessive wait time, crowds, tons of technology I don't care about. Simple, fast, effective. Went to the recommended repair shop. They fixed the iPhone immediately. Could take it right home. Good as the day I purchased it! Unfathomable. A pleasurable Verizon Store experience with an efficient and effective outcome. All respect, Verizon. Well done.”

She is One in a Million and I wish all stores had a Jayline because her personality is Above and Beyond. I just met her and she was like talking to a friend I've known since childhood. In all honestly I haven't been treated the best since moving to the Rockford area but Jayline took all of that stress away by just being her Sweet Awesome Fantastic self. “The staff at this location is quite nice. My complaint is with Verizon. I was charged $30 for customer service. Helping me to transfer things from my old Verizon phone to my new Verizon phone. That used to be a courtesy to the customer and at the end of this contract, I'm out. Every other carrier does it free.”
