“For the past several years, I’ve had a decent amount of tools from harbor freight. Working on domestic, and euro cars. There’s been tools that saved my wallet, and my leg!!!Today was a pleasant experience meeting all three gentlemen working their shift. Great customer service, full of knowledge, and direction where to find exactly what we needed. They made an hour shopping trip into 15 minutes. Their store credit card also has great intro perks. I definitely recommend it to any gear head/ home improvement guys, and dudettes in need of all variety of tools. Along with great pricing, and deals. “Needed some round grill grates that nobody seemed to have for Memorial Day grilling. Had already been to several stores. Finally went to local Home Depot. Found one Weber grate right away. But the slot for the other was empty. Friendly staff person saw me milling around and asked if he could help! Unsolicited. Wow! Showed him the second grill grate size. He immed went to get a huge step ladder. Grill grate was not located in the first place way up high where he initially looked. Was on the other side, again way up high. This was a lot of work. It required moving that huge ladder from elsewhere and then again on site there. (He had been unboxing in another aisle beforehand.)He cheerfully brought down the second larger grill grate, asked if I needed anything else. Thanked him for his help. Thought I might browse a bit. Clearly this Home Depot is decked out.Decided to look for lighter fluid. Price was amazing! Strangely it was about half of the local, big box, discount store. (Hmm.) Got one. Will return the much more expensive big box version. (And they had zero round grill grates in their store.)Accomplished a lot, in a hurry, very pleasant shopping experience! Amazing.And FYI, I use a rollator. It hurts and is tiring to ambulate. The thoughtful, unsolicited assistance from this young man today was heart-warming. Truly appreciated.”

“Home Depot is the super hardware store that has just about anything you could need to fix whatever problem you're having with your house. The people are typically very friendly and knowledgable, and prices are decent. From my experience, all Home Depots are laid out with roughly same floor plan. This is helpful because when you're visiting a new location, you still know where things are. There is a large section for lumbar, and an outdoor extension with plants and garden things.”
