“Outstanding customer service on Sunday, Feb 1st. I was looking for a tool for a set screw in a light fixture. I could not identify it. A very helpful employee who was working behind the paint desk looked at the set screw (which was clear and micro) and identified it immediately, took me over to the specific tool, we tried it, and it worked. His confidence, knowledge and keen eyesight saved the day with the major project I was working on. A 5 min trip in and out had me back in business fast! 5 star service each and everytime I go there! I wish I recalled his name but sadly I do not!.”

“I like shopping here. Has alot of candy and bagged nuts. Not real expensive. They replaced my auto battery that had a 3 year warranty on it and went dead after 3 years. So I had a good experience there.”

“We have visited twice this week and both times were very lovely. We were greeted when we walked in the door and every staff member was super helpful. Even though the store looks smaller they have had everything we needed. There is a huge selection of quality products.”

“Needed some round grill grates that nobody seemed to have for Memorial Day grilling. Had already been to several stores. Finally went to local Home Depot. Found one Weber grate right away. But the slot for the other was empty. Friendly staff person saw me milling around and asked if he could help! Unsolicited. Wow! Showed him the second grill grate size. He immed went to get a huge step ladder. Grill grate was not located in the first place way up high where he initially looked. Was on the other side, again way up high. This was a lot of work. It required moving that huge ladder from elsewhere and then again on site there. (He had been unboxing in another aisle beforehand.)He cheerfully brought down the second larger grill grate, asked if I needed anything else. Thanked him for his help. Thought I might browse a bit. Clearly this Home Depot is decked out.Decided to look for lighter fluid. Price was amazing! Strangely it was about half of the local, big box, discount store. (Hmm.) Got one. Will return the much more expensive big box version. (And they had zero round grill grates in their store.)Accomplished a lot, in a hurry, very pleasant shopping experience! Amazing. And FYI, I use a rollator. It hurts and is tiring to ambulate. The thoughtful, unsolicited assistance from this young man today was heart-warming. Truly appreciated.”

“I just wanted to share how incredibly positive my recent experience was. I have honestly never had such great service in a store like this before. What started as a pretty big problem was handled so smoothly that it ended up being only a minor inconvenience once they took over and then solved the issue completely. Because of this experience, you’ve earned my business for the long run. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and effort your team showed. A huge shoutout to Chris, Savannah, Trinity, and Ashley for going above and beyond and making this such a memorable experience. Thank you all again!”

“Easy to find what we are looking for and if we can't find it, there is someone around to ask. We had locks re-keyed and it was interesting to watch how they did it.”
