I purchased a fireplace insert from H&H and initially had issues with its operation, (it was a new design) Ed felt they were important enough to put me in touch with the manufacturer. Who listened and actually modified the design for their inserts going forward. They retrofitted my unit and it made such a huge difference.
None of that would have happened if Ed hadn’t taken the time to make sure that the customer was happy. I can’t endorse them enough.”

The minor downside was that I couldn’t purchase beer because I had accidentally left my ID at home. No offense taken, as she was simply enforcing Target store policy. Also learned a valuable lesson: even old people need to bring their drivers licenses when buying alcohol!!! ?”
