“One of my favorite Nike stops. Always great customer service. But out of the last 10 years this is the most disappointing sneak selection. They have a lot of running shoes in a 14, and a dismal selection of regular and Jordan sneakers. Hopefully they get it together.”

“We go out of our way when traveling to visit the Columbia factory stores. This store felt smaller than many we have been in. The inventory felt like it was all older- that said, when we frequent Columbia factory stores, about 1-2 times a month as we travel, most of them seem to have some new and updated inventory. This one may have had some, it just didn’t strike us as fresh. And yes we do understand the factory stores don’t necessarily have the most current releases. They did have quite a bit of inventory and a couple clearance racks both for men’s and women’s clothing. The racks are always hit or miss, but when you find something you really want, the clearance prices are usually exceptional. In our experience the Factory Stores have always been quite a bit less expensive, even for non-clearance items, than big outdoor stores.
All that said, we come to Columbia factory stores because we love the Columbia clothing and quality. We appreciate being able to try items on. We are both members of their perks club and appreciate the discount coupons (usually for the following month available to use in store or online) as well as the many many benefits offered by being a member. The staff were attentive and helpful. The store seemed clean and well lit.”
