“Yesterday my best friend and I went to Gurnee Mills to look for an outfit to wear to her birthday party and we were having no luck in every store we went to no one was helpful or friendly even. It was hard to even find anyone to ask a question to. And then we went into Buckle and it was the best decision. All of the girls were so helpful. They were all smiling and happy and just made her feel so at ease It literally felt like the scene from the movie Pretty Woman where the associates were doting on her bringing her clothes to try on and making her feel like a princess. “My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. “I love this thrift shop staff is kind and I always donate all of my gently used items here. I know they go to a good cause and will sell at a fair price. I really appreciate the low prices. It’s what thrift shops are all about. No stinginess. Good items for good prices and nice staff is very important. Oh And I must say it is very clean and doesn’t smell vs other thrift shops ! I love that I get text messages from them about sales and events. I will continue to support this place by donating and buying. This is my favorite sparrows locations.”

You can order online & pick up at either of their locations, Grayslake or Wicker Park or have it shipped! Online experience is super smooth to navigate & the print shop is my favorite because of their gnarly sticker collection. Highly recommend if you're in the search for absolute rad Chicago classics & childhood favorites attire!”

“I ordered a shirt online I went to pick it up I have a Mobility Scooter so I had to wait till I can get my mobility scooter and someone to go with me to get it off the trailer to go in to pick up the shirt because they really no longer do the sidewalk pick up which to me is sad because I am disabled and or on the phone”
