βI've been going to Welch's since I was a kid. Amazing brats, the best steak kabobs, dragobobs pork, and awesome stuffed mushrooms. There is something for everyone. Better prices compared to another meat shop in the area. I can't recommend Welch's enough!β

βCheap gas, cheap cigarettes, expensive snacks. But the best thing about this place is the awesome people that work there. I live in the area and this is the only place I get my gas and smokes. All the cashiers there are friendly, and will watch if you accidentally drive off without your gas.β

βEvery other gas station in the area was closed and my gas tank was on E! Luckily I could still get gas from the pump with my credit card even though they were closed.β
βGoogle maps keep asking me do I know this place I keep ignoring it lol. I canβt no more I am a Google map head. Might I add I know this place all so well inside and out. I really want to say thank you to the store manager that always gives me great knowledge and understanding what and why I am doing the things I am trying to get accomplished very appreciative for that. I tell her all the time the store is robotic lol. I would love to go in on, but that store is really a clean store, very well organized, very proud to say I am an assistant manager at that store. βI know it's a little strange reviewing a gas station, but I love this Speedway! First of all we don't have any near where we live in Illinois, and this location in Dyer, Indiana is around the corner from my husband's job in Sauk Village. Our 2nd car was out of commission, so I had been driving him back and forth to work and he recommended I come here for gas because it's a whole lot cheaper than where we live! That's why I love it! But also there are a lot of perks with the Speedy Rewards app. Further gas savings, points for free stuff, discounted snacks, etc! I'm a fan!β
βI come here occasionally. Most of the time the employees are nice and take care of you promptly. Every once in awhile you run into a careless employee, or a low intelligence character. On rare occasion you run into a total prick but, overall it's a good place to go. They charge a few extra dimes but, it's a small price to pay for the convenience of being a drive-thru smoke shopβ

βI really do like this little market. It's convenient, has a nice selection, well maintained and friendly service. My only issue is that their hours aren't consistent. I'd definitely like to continue to support but the hours on the door need to reflect the hours of operation.β
βThe only convenience store in the area. This is the most organized store I've seen in my life. It reminds me of a staged movie set; everything is in order. They have so many items. Detergent, T-shirts, Soda, Lottery tickets, chips, Candy, and so much more. Very Nice guys that work here.β
βVery friendly service, catch them on Thursdays for deals! The carnitas were good, it's not a big issue but the torta is not crisp but a bit soggy, so you would definitely have spillage from the sandwich lol. I love food trucks, they are often overlooked & underrated. I hope they receive more reviews from customers. They deserve any bit of publicity. That lady is so sweet & hardworking! :)
Vegetarian options: You can get cheese quesadillas or meatless options
Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat certain things then there's always other options for you
Parking: Parking is tight but the area isn't packed so it's no issueβ

βThis is the best FE car wash. I come here all the time. Every other FE car wash location, there is an issue with their app readers, or the car doesn't get clean, or the dryer doesn't dry. Haven't had one issue here and have been bringing my old and new car here.β

Anyways, thank you for serving us as this store for the past 5-6 years or however long. I'm upset that I didn't first come sooner, but at least I still did. it's really unfortunate to see it go. it was fun always stopping by whenever I wanted some chips, nachos, or some ice cream. I really enjoyed the service you provided too. It was a fun experience! but it's sad to see that good things must come to an end. i honestly wish I could raise money to keep it open. but, I wish you the best of luck from where you go from here!β

βI've been coming here for years I live close by and it's been a good experience. All staff are great especially night crew that's run by Chris and she's always helpful and very nice!!!! Chris has always helped and motivated me in down times. As I am a door dasher and a regular customer I prefer coming here than the other 3 Hammond storesβ
βAn older gas station but still has good prices, excellent service and most importantly, it is the last one on the road before entering Illinois where fuel prices are much higher.β

Sadly I have to change pharmacies and Austin help me locate my childβs prescription due to his name being misspelled. He took extra time to help me though this!
