About Avis Car Rental

Avis Car Rental Schaumburg is located in a hotel lobby, offering a quiet and usually quick transaction. The desk staff can be accommodating, even staying late for a late pickup. However, some customers report issues like misquoted fees for the loss damage waiver and vehicles with damaged rims or an interior not cleaned properly, with stains and unvacuumed mats. It is advised to point out any pre-existing damage to attendants.

Pick-up and drop-off were super smooth, and the car was spotless and ran perfectly. The staff was friendly, efficient, and didn't push any unnecessary add-ons. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!
