“I am so happy that I found this auto body shop. I needed my side view mirror replaced and they were able to find the part at a very reasonable price. They got my car in and out very quickly. Also, wonderful customer service! I felt like I was treated with kindness and respect, and I appreciated the fact that they gave me the old part back, in case I needed any of it for a future repair. I would say they went above and beyond, and I am very satisfied! I would definitely recommend this business!! Thank you guys again!”

This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“Woodfield Collision is amazing! It's taken me a few months to get this review in. I was side swiped on Higgins in January. Looked around for someone I could trust with my 'baby' - 2007 Monte Carlo SS. After speaking with Kurt the owner I felt a relief and confidence that whatever they needed to do to get my car back in perfect condition they would do. The turn around was very quick, about a week. Considering the vehicle is almost 20 years old & covered under a classic policy I was very pleased. Everyone there was great. “We have been going to them for over 25 years. I unfortunately was in an accident recently. I took my truck to them for repair. the truck looks better than when I first bought it. they had 3 bumpers that were shipped and were the wrong ones or damaged and they did not sign off on them and had them returned, so there was a delay in getting my vehicle back. no fault to V.I.P. I am now home and can not take my eyes off my truck. they cleaned it and it just looks like a brand new 2016 F-150 from the ford plant. I am very happy with the work that was done. There are many auto body shops on wise rd. in schaumburg but I trust V.I.P.”

“It was Friday afternoon, my car was already at the shop, and I needed a radiator quickly. I was not comfortable with the quality of the radiators sold at the local auto part stores. Then late that night I got lucky and stumbled across 1-800 Radiator. I called first thing Saturday morning, and was informed they could have a radiator delivered to my mechanic Monday morning. To make things even better, the radiator comes with a lifetime warranty, and has the lowest failure rating in the industry. The price was extremely reasonable and Eric made the entire process seamless!”
