Proper Body Werks team took on the challenge and solved my problems timely and within estimated budget.Their advice was practical and helpful.My 2015 Lexus RX 350 had a lot of hood rock chips and skols from highway debris. We, after all, have two seasons in metro Chicago: winter and construction. Both are not friendly to our car exteriors.My work was performed promptly.Front bumper had too much micro damage and it was suggested it was faster and less expensive to replace with OEM and paint to match. Hood was stripped, repaired and repainted to match. Color code Lexus Pearl White/Starfire Pearl (077) is a challenging color to match.Touch Up paint provided was a thoughtful touch. Every step of the project was well planned and executed while communicating important updates.2019 Toyota Corolla LEWhile my RX was in the shop, my Mother in Law 2019 Corolla was mercilessly vandalized on a shopping center parking. Deep Grove scratches had to be fixed.Proper tool the project on a short notice and completed within mutually agreed timeline. Repaired panels and doors were perfectly blended and you can't tell from close distanceThank you Proper Team for a well-done job. You are true Craftsman and pleasant to do-business with. “I came here to get my car bumper fixed after getting rear-ended. The owner, Brad, was very kind and easy to work with from the moment that I called him regarding the need to get my car fixed. Ease of appointment: I brought my car in to check on availability, cost and how long it would take to fix the car. Brad mentioned that the wait would be about 2 weeks or so. However, he called me to inform me that he can fix my car earlier so I was able to drop it off earlier than anticipated. Cost: Average cost, Brad worked with the insurance company of the person that rear-ended me. Overall: It took 2-3 days to fix my car and they also provided me with a car wash so it looked nice and clean. I appreciated how the owner used new parts for the inside of the bumper that was badly rusted. He negotiated the costs with the insurance company even though the insurance company told him to use a used part. It's nice to have a trustworthy person fixing your car and having them fix it well with new parts vs. old/used parts. I'd recommend getting your car detailed here and will be back if I happen to need it for my car or other cars in the future.”

“I believe this store deserve 5 star rating. I had my car’s low beam bulb failed. I also wanted to get the high beam bulbs checked so that I could get all replaced for my Prius if necessary. I called the store and the gentleman told he will take a look if I stop by. I drove to the store and parked my car in the lot infront of the store. In a minute that elder gentleman already there and he checked the bulbs. One of them got fused, but he can’t replace it as its deep inside so has to be by the mechanic. He was so helpful and courteous answered all my questions. I would love to go to this store for any future auto part needs and recommend this store to all without any reservations.”
