“This is a normal HomeGoods. I came here looking for duvet covers. They have a lot of king/queen/full sizes from Portugal. They don’t have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other. They didn’t even notice the customers waiting in line. They talk to each other when there are no customers in sight.”

New styles and Merchandise is frequently stocked up. It's quality stuff. The Senior manager (not sure but name Courtney- Assoc.2244913) is simply amazing. Her kindness and customer care is exceptional. Pleasant , polite and helpful. No matter how long the check out line always the staff comes to rescue and helps cut the line short by checking out fast. Its great team work work with the right leadership. Others Ross stores dont match this service or quality.
Each and every employee is very helpful , kind and respectful. They go out of their way to help the customer find products and for any need. New staff feels very pleasant also these days.I buy all my home goods , gifts and personal items from this store and the variety, quality ,service is simply exceptional !!! Thank you ! I don't feel like going any where else but here for all my and my family's shopping needs !!! Good store.”

“I really enjoy shopping at Ross, especially for children’s items. Over time, it has become my go-to store for buying children’s clothing and toys. “This Target in west Schaumburg is huge. There is more merchandise, plenty of selection to choose from and a Pizza Hut - Eye Wear (prescription glasses/lenses) store etc… I visited this location on an early Saturday morning (05/09/26) around the time it opened. It was after placing a website order the day before. I was given fasts email notification stating all my products were ready for pickup at the Higgins location. There was one exception my fruit order had sold out giving me an equal chance to receive at a nearby store. I was given this choice for pickup at the west Schaumburg location. The email notification was received right away and I was asked to come to this location the very next day for pickup. Everything about the store ( SUPER TARGET) was good but the associate who scanned my pickup wasn’t the nicest person. So the store will be receiving a four star ⭐️ but one off for the associate with the strange not so nice personality.

“Really nice Marshall's, it is large with a big selection of many products. The store is well lit and laid out nicely. The Women's clothing department is huge, men's clothing department is big, kids department is nicely sized, and they have alot of home goods. I was very pleased with this Marshall's, it is one of the nicest ones I have been to. Customer service was also good. Definitely a Marshall's worth shopping!”
“This store (Woodfield Mall) was so clean, organized and well stocked, with well kept fitting rooms. I rarely shop in brick and mortar stores (its like they stopped trying and know they are a disappointment). But JC Penny made it a quick and easy experience to find what I needed, be happy with my merchandise's quality and style, and satisfied with the value in their savings. 100% will return for my next brick and mortar shopping experience.”
