“This is probably the best USPS location I have ever used. I am an online seller, ever since I start shipping from this branch, complaint about missing packages and delays had been reduced by a lot. The staffs are organized and helpful. It’s a small place and it gets busy but they do they best they can.”
“I and my spouse moved in this area very recently so we don't know much about what to expect.
This was my 100th time visiting them (psst... remove the two zeros).
I am told to write that they are definitely NOT POSTAL and are very courteous and professional, and they provided good and prompt advice.
I am also told to convey that this place has spacious wirh free parking and a lot of self-serving facilities, even toilets too.
That they are excellent people.

She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. “Our mailman name is Pat. I never saw someone as energetic as Pat. We get our mail between 11:00 and noon. He’s friendly but does not stop to talk. When he’s not delivering mail we know there is a substitute. We get the mail later in the afternoon”
“5- Stars for counter service as Moung was lovely, kind, and cost conscious of the best rate to help me send a package.3-stars for the out of service self-kiosk for the last 3-4 days as I needed to wait in line when it's much easier for me to send my own packages with the kiosk.Overall, clean location with friendly postal workers when needed.”
“My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. She could’ve brushed me off but made my day because I really need this piece of mail today va waiting til Monday! Thank you so much”
“Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? “Surprised by the negative reviews in general on this location. My team and I ship out thousands of ground and priority packages a week. Every other week we bring a bath of a few hundred here. We have never had a single package not get scanned or go missing. This location does their job and does it EXCEPTIONALLY. Name the location and I have a complaint about a staff members attitude or lack of accountability when packages disappear after not being scanned… but not this branch. They are friendly 95% of the time and I see too many 1 star reviews of people not realizing that maybe workers are stressed or having a bad day… this location is by far the best USPS location in the NW suburbs. I have been to 25-30 in the last 7-10 years and this is the only branch that does it right and I have nothing but good things to say.”

“I think the people complaining about their mail are shouting into the wind. There are always complexities with sending letters and packages, and people love to complain. I would just like to say everytime I go to this post office there are a number of kind, helpful, friendly ladies who take care of me. I don't know what else this location is supposed to do. They can't control all the mail from all over the world. Thank you kind ladies of the Carol Stream Post Office.”

“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”
