“Will say this is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in, in a while. Room was clean, comfy, breakfast had good options, the workers were considerate for your needs. The only downside is it not being closer to the airport!”

“Great location, bus to get to blue line and downtown is right out front. Next to airport and planes start landing and taking off around 6. Seems like the quite around midnight.”

“Me and my girlfriend stayed at this Hotel for 5 days and had a mostly positive experience. It was walkable to a lot of what Chicago has to offer and we rarely needed to take the CTA to get around.”

“The other reviewers’ allegations are true but exaggerated: the hotel does feel dirty, but nothing extreme. There are carpet stains, faded furniture, and a funny smell when you walk into your room, but you stop noticing it after 10 seconds. If you’re very particular and picky, don’t come here. But otherwise it’s just fine. I enjoyed my stay. Bed is comfortable. Warm shower with good pressure. The 24/7 shuttle is clutch and prompt. I never waited long for it. We took the shuttle to and from Rosemont train station every day, enabling easy access to downtown area, though the train ride is pretty long. Shoutout to driver Dujuan who is friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cold lemon water available in the lobby. Never tried the breakfast. I recorded a room walkthrough before we left.”

“My stay was a mixed experience. The hotel’s lobby and public spaces appear to have been updated, but the guest rooms still feel very dated, almost like they’re from the ’90s. I did see that, according to Google, the property may be undergoing renovations soon, which would definitely be welcome.

There were several maintenance issues during my stay. The bathtub filled up significantly while I was showering—not just a little—and although it was somewhat addressed, the tub still needs more work. The phone in the room initially did not work. Around 2 AM, the phone by the bed started making an off-the-hook sound followed by repeated beeping. The only way I could stop it was to unplug the phone. By the next morning, the phone seemed to have fixed itself and was working again.

I also found a dead roach and a cricket in the room, which was disappointing.

On the positive side, I really appreciated the hotel shuttle. The hours were excellent and made getting around much more convenient. Breakfast was also good.

Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the shuttle service and breakfast, but the rooms, plumbing, cleanliness, and maintenance need attention. Hopefully, the upcoming renovations will address some of these concerns.”
