“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

“I was here for pleasure with my family, the rooms were really clean. good vibes around me. Starbucks breakfast included. Very good. The pool and spa have a pleasant temperature and clean. The maintenance Jesús was there, he checked every detail very well before swimming. Thank you. At the exit the smile of the receptionists saying goodbye. I would definitely return to this place.Rooms: Bed and bathroom cleanSafety: SafetyFood & drinks: Starbucks breakfast included”

“Great hotel close to ORD Airport.Sadly the couch is very not comfortable.TV is not well positioned to watch it from the couch or bed.Microwave dirtyBig noise when we turn on the light for the bathroom.Only 2 machine in the fitness centerExpensive laundryGrab and go very smallExcept that:Great LocationService was greatWelcomingRoom kinda cleaned some space are dirty.Oven works wellRooms: Great rooms but not comfortable.Nearby activities: No activities nearbySafety: Feels safeWalkability: Close from stores next to the hotel (10 minutes walking)Food & drinks: No food or drink. Or very expensive at the machine.Noteworthy details: I recommend the hotel for one night! If you wanna stay more I wouldn’t recommend it. Choose a better hotel in Chicago same price for way better quality and still quiet and close to everything.”

“We booked our stay for both our onward & return trip back from India to stay overnight before driving to Minnesota. We stayed in a spacious room that could accommodate our family of four including two kids. Our stay was comfortable and worked out as planned with efficient & courteous service allowing us both a late and an early check-in. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was equipped with well-appointed amenities. We tried their breakfast buffet on both occasions and found it met expectations. The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, and the hotel's shuttle service was especially useful for our early departure. Special mention to Melissa and rest of staff who are very friendly and accommodating.”

“This was a great value to stay at. I had just come from staying at a high-end boutique brand Hilton earlier in the week and they could learn something from this Best Western. The towels were soft and plush, the room was serviced daily, they were cleaning the common areas regularly every day. I'd recommend staying here.Breakfast was about what you'd expect - variety of a few hot foods, breads, muffins, and yogurt. The coffee didn't taste great, but it seemed fresh - it was a machine that dispensed it. Otherwise, well-worth the money to stay here.Rooms: Rooms were clean, serviced daily, and had very soft plush towels.Nearby activities: Close to the O'Hare airport, but it's in the suburbs, so not really near other activities.Safety: Felt very safe, didn't see police much.Walkability: You can walk to several restaurants, convenience stores/gas stations, and grocery stores from here. It's a suburban neighborhood, so there's not much else around beyond the strip malls besides houses.Food & drinks: Good selection of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking and short driving distances. Food at the hotel is basic value hot breakfast from 6-10 a.m.”

“A good modest place to stay.It is what it is. Clean but limited room services (for towel changes & trash emptying). They have shuttles to & from the airport running on time. But, unlike their competitors no shuttle to the casino or public transit into downtown Chicago).”

“Came here for the first time to play Wednesday night BINGO! In the lower level of the facility, every Wednesday they host Bingo. They have an Early-Bird called at 6:45 pm and then Regular Bingo at 7 pm. They play regular Bingo, Bonanza, Pull-Tabs, Split-the-Pot and plus more! You get to a total of 15 Games of Bingo. The parking lot fills up quickly so get there early! Be ready for whistle blows and call outs! I learned a few Bingo terms. For example, when the number 22 is called everyone that has a whistle blows it! Too(t)...Too(t) ... like a train. This was a great random/spur of the moment fun! Don't forget to bring your Daubers! If you're like me and this is your first time playing Bingo you can purchase one for a $1 there! They also have affordable refreshments and snacks that your able to purchase. Or bring your own!”
