“This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was non stop cleaning. Most likely because they use Ecolab products. If they used Procter& Gamble professional products they probably wouldn’t have to work so hard cleaning.”

At check-in, the tenants and I met Wilfredo Saez, the Assistant General Manager, who guided me through the financial arrangements and service options. She explained room cleaning schedules, breakfast availability, parking policies, front desk support, and even coordinated the delivery of dishes and small appliances to the room. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to a smooth experience made a noticeable difference.
Throughout their stay, my tenants consistently shared how friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire staff was. Every interaction they had reinforced the welcoming culture of this location.

“Vanessa was an absolute angel when I checked in. I had the business trip that wouldn't end and she made this part the best and most calm that I have seen in a week.

They have free tea and coffee in the lobby and an excellent breakfast. I happened to oversleep by 10 minutes past and the breakfast attendant still allowed me to get a bagel and juice when she did not have to.

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, has good water pressure, and Dove brand bathroom care products.

This is definitely on my O'Hare layover list.

PS The only downside was the lack of an aiprot shuttle, despite having 3 small branded busses parked behind the hotel. Very odd for a hotel so close to the airport.
Your options for travel are to walk a few blocks to the car rental buildings and take that free shuttle, Lyft, Uber, or Taxis. Or do what I did and take the shuttle for the Holiday Inn across the street and walk over. Be sure you tip the driver.

“I could've swore I told Google to dismiss this from my location log but since they wanna be nosey. I visited friends here during ACen weekend. I didn't book the room and I'm not sure of the amenities. But the area is nice. Casino up the road with event space. Discount Mall is there as well south of I90 near the entertainment district. Rooms are spacious, bed are comfy for the most part (I took a nap). Bathrooms are super nice. Concierge was helpful cuz I didn't know where to go to find the elevator. The elevator was tuck around a corner in a hall leading to the pool area. Seems like a nice hotel for maybe a light vacation or somewhere to rest if ur passing thru the Chicagoland area.”
