“I found myself in Milan running an errand on a Saturday morning. After finishing, I found myself wanting a drink and a snack. With this Q C Mart close by, I decided to stop here to state this desire. I've said it before and I'll say it here again - I like the Q C Mart by my home in Bettendorf and I've enjoyed the others I've visited in the past.This Q C Mart ended up being no different than the majority of the others I've happened by. There's a few shelves of snacks, a Harvest Ridge Coffee station, coolers with various beverages within, and lotto tickets and other impulse purchases at the front counter. Standard stuff for Q C Marts and most other convenience stores.The general appearance tells the story of a place that had a life prior to being a Q C Mart, as well. The floors are covered by that tan patterned tiles ubiquitous to office buildings, grocery stores, shops, and any other number of places throughout the 70s and 80s. The ceiling is covered by a clean 2 x 4 foot drop ceiling with exposed florescent lights. None of this looks new or recently redone in the past 10-15 years, but it's all clean looking.I got my Gatorade Zero and gardettos and went to pay at the register. The attendant rang me up and was nice throughout our interaction. All told, I think I was in the shop 5 minutes between entry, paying, and leaving.The other major feature of this location that's unique from most of the others is the video slots room. I stopped through to use the restroom, but otherwise didn't linger. This is one aspect of Illinois that I really despise - the presence of these slots at any restaurant, convenience store, or other location is just weird looking and, in my opinion, kind of out of place. I hope Illinois figures out how to have dedicated casinos at some point and get rid of this nonsense.If I happened to be in Milan again for some reason, I'd be happy to stop here again. “Located close to airport. I did not eat food from here, but they seemed to have a variety of both packaged and hot food. The owner said hi and helped me find a certain beer that I was looking for. They don't have a great selection with niche micro brews, but there seemed to be something for everyone. The store had a large variety of products. The ambiance was convenience forward.”

“Wow, the pharmacist was great. Rock Island's system was down so they directed me to Milan. My aunt's prescription, was not in the system but this pharmacist, she took the hospital summary and spent a good ten minutes making sure my aunt's antibiotics prescription was filled. This is a model for good service. Thanks a lot Milan CVS and your wonderful pharmacist; she rocks!”
