“Wonderful experience at L E Smith Jewelry! We took our wedding rings in as a small diamond had fallen out of the setting on mine and a few of the prongs needed work. My husband had his sized and they touched up the white gold on both (we've had them for 20 years!) I could hardly believe the price they quoted me as I was expecting it to be much more! Especially with replacing a small diamond. How often do you pay less than you expect anymore? I was so happy and when I went to pick them up today they look brand new! I was so pleased; if we ever need work done on jewelry in the future, I'll be bringing it here. The staff was friendly to us and gave us quality service. Happy all around!”
“I brought in a pendent on Tuesday because I had just noticed I was missing a sapphire, out of the 30 year old setting and my grand daughter had just picked that necklace to wear with her blue dress to her junior prom. He said it would be done in a week, which I thought would be fine until I found out her prom was this Saturday.! I called a back, offered to pay extra to have it repaired by Saturday and he said he would have it done by Friday, without any extra charge.. The next day he called and it was completely fixed and was beautifully cleaned for my granddaughter. Thank you for your true kindness and excellent work.”
