They ended up having to rebuild my ring in order to ensure that the diamonds would be safe in the future. I am so, so happy with the end result. My ring looks exactly like my original engagement ring, but somehow even more beautiful. I'm so glad I entrusted Artigem with this very important job. “Wonderful experience at L E Smith Jewelry! We took our wedding rings in as a small diamond had fallen out of the setting on mine and a few of the prongs needed work. My husband had his sized and they touched up the white gold on both (we've had them for 20 years!) I could hardly believe the price they quoted me as I was expecting it to be much more! Especially with replacing a small diamond. How often do you pay less than you expect anymore? I was so happy and when I went to pick them up today they look brand new! I was so pleased; if we ever need work done on jewelry in the future, I'll be bringing it here. The staff was friendly to us and gave us quality service. Happy all around!”

“5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!”
