“Great service, and friendly staff. I brought in a wooden watch with plastic parts that had stopped working. It's my wife's favorite..I asked them if they thought they could fix it? It's definitely way cheaper than their typical merchandise. They were sincere and didn't laugh me out of the store with my request. They said they would look at it and do what they could. They called me a week later and told me to come collect my watch. It was fixed. Awesome! Would gladly return.”

“Wonderful experience at L E Smith Jewelry! We took our wedding rings in as a small diamond had fallen out of the setting on mine and a few of the prongs needed work. My husband had his sized and they touched up the white gold on both (we've had them for 20 years!) I could hardly believe the price they quoted me as I was expecting it to be much more! Especially with replacing a small diamond. How often do you pay less than you expect anymore? I was so happy and when I went to pick them up today they look brand new! I was so pleased; if we ever need work done on jewelry in the future, I'll be bringing it here. The staff was friendly to us and gave us quality service. Happy all around!”

I was nervous that it wouldn't be the right thing or that it was a scam, because these days you can't trust just anything online. My order came in yesterday after only a few days of waiting. “Pretty store. Team lead is very snooty at this location. FYI, don't buy ANY of the slider bracelets! They will not stay closed after you start adding charms to them. The district manager from Kentucky that sold mine failed to mention that this bracelet is worthless with charms. But a sale is a sale and they'll say anything to get you to buy. Glad I ended up returning it.”

“Found this gem of a store by chance. This is a wonderful jeweler. I purchased a beautiful ring for myself and a lovely necklace. Also, had many watch batteries replaced. I brought in my old silver bracelets to have cleaned and two of them repaired. I tell you that the jeweler did a fantastic job to remove all tarnish and fixed the clasps better than new, all in a few days. IMO, the prices are very reasonable for repairs. This will be the only jeweler I use from now on. The staff is patient, friendly and very knowledgeable about jewelry. So happy I stumbled on this place.”
