“Old Navy is the absolute best if you want to look cool if you want to look like you’re in your 20s if you want to be stylish then this is the place to shop. You’re basically getting styles almost better than gap for 1/3 the price. You have to watch out though for example they have the greatest men’s shirts but when they first come out, they’re like 50 bucks then a few weeks later they’re 30% off and then a couple weeks later they’re 50% off so if you wear a real common size like medium or large. I definitely would wait if you see something at full price try to get at least 50% off”

They're great finding sizes and colors while you shop, and since the store is compacy, you get continuous customer service. Great concept and great clothes!”

“The inside of the store was nice. They have this new type of shoe called slip-ins. Very nice type of shoe especially if you need shoes that are non-slip.
Unfortunately, the one young girl who checked me out at the counter was not very friendly or engaging. I asked if they recycle their materials such as boxes and shoe inserts instead of throwing them out. She did not seem to care and expressed no interest in doing so.”

“I came to Tilly's on a mission: to find black jeans in a style/cut that fit me well. Being a small person, finding men's clothes that aren't huge on me is a challenge. In addition, many of the styles have been popular for the last decade make me look like a pear. Not what I'm going for.Needless to say, it was extremely comforting and refreshing when Jaime, one of the amazing people who was working that day, came to my aid. They helped me identify cuts that would accentuate what I want, hide what I don't like, and help me love my presentation. For the first time ever I was able to look in the mirror and see the goth boy that had yearned to be seen- and I even felt handsome.Jaime was extremely compassionate, validating, and went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling confident, seen, accepted, and excited to share my true self with the rest of the world. I am extremely grateful to Jaime for their support and highly recommend Tilly's if you want a wide variety of clothes, warm and welcoming staff, and a wonderful experience all around.”

“Shout out to Harun and Jalal, after a long day of shopping for suits for a wedding coming up, I stumbled upon this Express and saw a couple of suits and gave it a go. When I couldn’t find my size, I asked Harun if he could find my size in the back. As Jalal was finishing up with a customer, he came up to me to ask if I needed help looking for anything. As Harun came back with me sized suit, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They kindly asked if I wanted to look at any other items for my important event, and helped me find a button up shirt, dress shoes and a tie to match my outfit. “I was in the other day. While waiting in the returns line. I witnessed a young man with piercings and brown hair assist 3 women who were very quite rude. Somehow this young man was able to solve the issues they were having and even was able to crack some jokes with them after the fact, leaving them with smiles. All while simultaneously also printing receipts and helping the other cashiers. When it was finally my turn to do my return, the cashier told me I was past the return limit. I asked to speak with a manager. Turns out that young man was the manager. I explained my situation with poor health and the struggles I’ve been going through. And without hesitation, the manager showed real human emotion and immediately began to process my refund. Stating “No more needed to be said, I understand, and I got you.” It nearly brought tears to my eyes. I’ve had the worst couple of months and to be seen and heard so easily in that moment was truly powerful. I didn’t need to over explain my personal life. He saw and understood the circumstance and helped me in that moment. I’ve never been so moved to write a review. But that young man deserves to know how kind and wonderful he is.”
