“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Greentech, especially with their mechanic, Mike. I initially thought I needed a costly hybrid battery replacement, but Mike’s honesty and expertise saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of rushing to replace the battery, he thoroughly examined my car, ran tests, and discovered that the issue wasn’t battery-related at all.
Mike found that oil had gotten into the air intake, preventing the car from functioning properly. He showed me the air filter, where there was quite a bit of oil, and explained how this was causing the problem. He didn’t just tell me; he took the time to show me the issue and walk me through it with complete transparency. Mike then went above and beyond by cleaning up the oil, reconnecting the battery, resetting the errors, and taking the car for a test drive to make sure everything was running smoothly.

If I had know how easy of a process it was to go with Sergio’s I would have done it day one. “I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and finally decided on a Ford Maverick. I found one online and was fortunate enough to be connected with salesman Arturo Camacho.
Arturo was extremely helpful, friendly, and, most importantly, a no-pressure salesman. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The dealership does offer an upsell for ceramic protection, which I declined, so I would recommend doing your homework ahead of time.
The Maverick had just arrived the day before and hadn’t yet gone through the pre-delivery inspection, so they weren’t able to have it ready immediately. Even so, they went above and beyond by putting a full tank of gas in it and delivering it right to my driveway the following day.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend asking for Arturo. You won’t go wrong”

“I have been a customer since 2010- the RL100. Yes, it was very very expensive for me at the time BUT within the first 30 days or so I got a ticket ( i didnt pay attention how to use it properly ) & k40 paid for it and ever since then nearly 15 years ago I have never gotten another ticket and it HAS saved me & served me VERY well !
I just recently got a new car and I was looking for the box that had everything in it and I found it except the power plug had been lost. I reached out to k40 and Lynette quickly replied to me within hours, seeing how they were closed at the time when I left a message, but she informed me she will send me for free both power cords so that I can get it installed again in my new vehicle. I have always recommended k40, it is well worth it & now with the new Platinum 100 I will be getting two more & am SO STOAKED !!!!

“Had the best experience working with Rick at Pepper Auto Body! My teen son had hit some ice and slid into a tree, causing significant damage to the front end of his car, including the headlights. I had an estimate from another shop nearby but they couldn’t even start the work on the car for another MONTH! They also said the estimate could very well be more because “you never know what we may find later”. Ugh- left me with a bad feeling. I left that shop and drove 2 blocks to Pepper Auto Body. Rick greeted me and was nothing but kind, professional, and upfront. Being a female, I’ve certainly been to auto shops where I feel I’m being taken advantage of just because the staff think they can. But Rick was awesome- treated me with respect, put my mind at ease, told me exactly what needed to be done, told me the cost up front, and best of all- got us in the very next week!! We dropped it off on a Tues and it was ready on Fri!! And side note- the total cost came in a THIRD of the estimate I got at the neighboring repair shop I went to first. I would definitely recommend Rick and Pepper Auto Body to anyone needing fair, professional work done on their cars, and if the need arises, we will definitely use them in the future!”
