“I love this place and their quality couches. I also appreciate they are not high pressure sales people. They allow you to freely look around and offer assistance when asked. I had the pleasure of purchasing a couch from Matt. Super nice guy, very helpful and great representative of the store. I got my couch in two days and absolutely love it! “My favorite store for craft items. I am sad that few years ago they closed the Mount Prospect store, which was two minutes drive for me. Now I have to go to Schaumburg. This visit I went there to get apoxt. Asked the checker about location for the item. She vaguely pointed toward section for fabric. Could not find it there. Asked second person. He even gave the isle number. Nope not there. Asked the third person, she not only knew where to find it but also walked with us. So found what I was looking for.”

“The Pink Geranium & Co is my happy place! My mom and I are both big thrifters (treasure hunters) and we are obsessed with the Pink G. Why? Because they price things to move. They have an amazing eye. Their staging is so on point and because their inventory moves quickly, it's like they're re-building their shop every single week. I so appreciate what they do and love going there every week to see the new gems they've found. We've hosted client parties in the shop (we're Realtors) and we often buy gifts here. I can't recommend it enough!”

“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”

“This is a normal HomeGoods. I came here looking for duvet covers. They have a lot of king/queen/full sizes from Portugal. They don’t have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other. They didn’t even notice the customers waiting in line. They talk to each other when there are no customers in sight.”

“Bead selection here is genuinely great, easily one of the best I've found for variety and price. My only real gripe is checkout, feels like there's only ever one register open no matter when I go, so you can end up waiting a while even for something quick. Still my go-to for beads though, just wish they'd open a second lane more often.”

“This Ross has great customer service!!!
After 2 Rosses didn't accept my return stating that my receipt didn't scan (even though it was perfectly readable), I came to this Ross and the store manager Dan was able to complete it without any problems. I was quite frustrated that other managers claimed "nothing could be done" when a perfectly fine receipt not scanning is not a fault of my own.
Dan was courteous, didn't question the receipt scanning and simply stated that he could override it, making it a pleasant experience after I had driven around looking for other Rosses. He was the only manager today who I felt actually followed the correct Ross policy of accepting returns with a receipt. I will definitely be returning to this Ross.
The associate I spoke to on the phone was also very kind and helpful.
This place actually *wants* to accomodate you as a customer.
I was quite thankful to Dan today for taking the extra time to listen and help me out- not just turn me away and blame the scanner for me not getting the refund I was entitled to.”

New styles and Merchandise is frequently stocked up. It's quality stuff. The Senior manager (not sure but name Courtney- Assoc.2244913) is simply amazing. Her kindness and customer care is exceptional. Pleasant , polite and helpful. No matter how long the check out line always the staff comes to rescue and helps cut the line short by checking out fast. Its great team work work with the right leadership. Others Ross stores dont match this service or quality.
Each and every employee is very helpful , kind and respectful. They go out of their way to help the customer find products and for any need. New staff feels very pleasant also these days.I buy all my home goods , gifts and personal items from this store and the variety, quality ,service is simply exceptional !!! Thank you ! “I went in after work just to check prices, but the showroom actually had a calmer vibe than I expected. A staff member showed me a few sofa designs that matched my small living room. I liked that they didn’t push the most expensive option. I ordered a 3-seater fabric sofa. Delivery took 5 days. Everything arrived fine, but one leg cap was missing. I called them and they sent it the next day. Sofa comfort is great, especially for evening use after long hours at work.”
