“Store was very clean and organized. It was very busy the day after Christmas but associates were everywhere putting things out and away. Cashier line moved very quickly even with the long lines. Staff up front was amazing. Isabella was very pleasant to talk to while she was ringing my merchandise up. She was very engaged. I love to see younger workers or any worker engage with their customer, so that meant a lot. Customer service has gone down hill bc of so many workers not wanting to talk to their customers and smile. I was very impressed all around.”
“I have been shopping here for years. After the pandemic, I've only used the drive-up option. They are consistent. I get the items I ordered within the 2hrs promised. Upon arriving, the order is almost always delivered to my car in a fast and efficient way. I appreciate Target for shopping for me and then loading the items into my car. And might I note, at no cost to me. Finally, the employees who bring my items are ALWAYS kind and courteous. Kudos to target for hiring and training high quality people. I always, almost always, leave target feeling better than when I arrived. This is a great and consistent target. I would highly recommend shopping here.”

“I’m a frequent HomeGoods shopper and I popped into the South Elgin store to look for a few things I needed and some I didn’t know I needed. IYKYK. Olga was working and she was absolutely wonderful, helpful and just an overall delight! She really went out of her way to help me find some wooden honey spoons and even offered an alternative jar that could be used. I just love HG and today Olga was the reason why!”
