“Today I spilled ranch all over myself while eating my lunch. I had a client meeting in Chicago in a few hours and was far from home so I wasn’t going to be able to go change. I went to Von Maur to get a different outfit and I found the cutest dress on sale but two of the buttons were coming off. I asked the sales person if she could see about having the buttons sewn back on while I went downstairs to get shoes that matched and I tell you what the Von Maur team came through!! I had a dress with buttons fixed and shoes in my size in 15 minutes, including time for me to change in the dressing room! Great customer experience - a really human sales team willing to help me in a pinch! Thank you so much!!!”
“Great selection of chicks, pullets, ducks, and other birds. Staff were attentive and helpful. My advice for anyone looking to get chickens.... Buy from Tractor Supply, they do cost a little more compared to other farms out there but they make up for this with their good customer service and convenience. My alternative before them was to purchase adult hens from random sellers online which proved to be a big headache. As many of them are either too expensive, too far, or rude.”

It’s organized chaos in the best way—like a stylish scavenger hunt where patience is rewarded and impulse control doesn’t stand a chance. Every aisle has that little “wait… is this a steal?” moment.
The vibe is chill, the staff is helpful, and the thrill of finding something perfect for way less than you expected is honestly addictive.
10/10 recommend if you love a good deal, a little chaos, and the joy of leaving with “just one thing” that turns into five bags ???”

“Jamie is absolutely amazing! After wandering lost and being ignored by many employees, I got someone's attention who told to go to the wrong area for the item I was looking for. I luckily came across Jamie who paused his stacking of ammo to walk me directly to the item I was looking for. Then while looking for my next item I asked an employee where aisle I10 was. She pointed me in a general direction but I still couldn't find it. As I went down a walkway Jamie was rolling a cart by and asked if I needed help again as I'm sure my face gave it away. This man then yet again walked me to the aisle I was looking for. Jamie is probably the best Walmart employee I've even had the pleasure of interacting with. He truly made the situation way better than it would've been!”
“Online Pick-Up and Delivery is the best! The associates are amazing, even new associates that mess up try their best and always put their best foot forward. See lots of people yell at these associates and they stay calm and respectful. Store is great as always.”
