Cricket offers a cell phone plan to fit a lifestyle. The plan includes unlimited talk, text, and data with no annual contract for service. People can stop by the Springfield store or the Jacksonville store. In Springfield only 1 guy was working and was not very helpful, while in Jacksonville a helpful guy deleted a scam app and gave access information. Polite and informative guys have helped people find the right phone for needs, checked out in minutes, and explained fees and taxes before anything was charged. A great experience was noted with a polite guy who chose a phone that was not too expensive or powerful beyond needs. The store uses a time lock safe that can delay getting a phone for several minutes. Some people report insurance and data info.

I had mistakenly downloaded an app and gave a scammer access to my phone. The Cricket store in Springfield had only 1 guy working, and he was NOT very helpful. However, the Cricket store guy working in Jacksonville helped me AND deleted the app (which the guy in Springfield did NOT tell me to do!!).
