“My daughter was due for an upgrade and Krystal could not have been a more helpful! She was able to quickly and clearly provide all the options available and their costs. Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. While we were waiting for information to load, Krystal very quickly and easily helped several other customers that came into the store, all by herself! She was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable – what a great customer service example! My son is due an upgrade soon, and I will be going back to this store and asking for Krystal.”
“Andy fixed my son’s screen by replacing it. iPhone 17, with giant white strip down the face of the screen. The only option was to replace. The fee was reasonable $250 all in and much less than replacing a 4 month old phone.
If the replacement screen had been in stock it would have been even quicker. Once in stock (2 days later) I dropped the phone off at 1:30pm. By 3:05pm same day, the phone was ready. The tech also communicated clearly and left me a message about the ordered screen being delivered as expected. Overall great job quick and done well. Thanks!”
“Griffin was amazing!
Went in the store, and he was very accommodating. Waved his hand and it was like he was saying, come here I'll fix whatever problems you have with your phone even before I opened my mouth. Told him my problem. He took my phone and in less than 3 minutes phone was fixed.
He was knowledgeable but most importantly his demeanor was very good. He treated me the way he wanted to be treated as human being. Friendly, respectful, amazing.
Not to mention I had a very bad experience.in the same.store a year ago. More.Griffins won't hurt. It will be a plus!”

“Cannot even begin to explain how helpful both Emilio and Giann were. Me and my elderly parents came in to upgrade our IPhones. Not only did they get us the best the deal on our phones but they were also able to save us over $150 on internet and tv and were able to explain it to where my 75 and 85 year old parents were able to understand.”
