Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. While we were waiting for information to load, Krystal very quickly and easily helped several other customers that came into the store, all by herself! She was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable – what a great customer service example! My son is due an upgrade soon, and I will be going back to this store and asking for Krystal.”
“Andy fixed my son’s screen by replacing it. iPhone 17, with giant white strip down the face of the screen. The only option was to replace. The fee was reasonable $250 all in and much less than replacing a 4 month old phone.
If the replacement screen had been in stock it would have been even quicker. Once in stock (2 days later) I dropped the phone off at 1:30pm. By 3:05pm same day, the phone was ready. The tech also communicated clearly and left me a message about the ordered screen being delivered as expected. Overall great job quick and done well. Thanks!”
