“I pick up loads here occasionally, never have a problem. Friendly people, fast loading if your load has been released. Staging spots if not released. Overall great place to unload or load.”

“Very, very clean! Ryan was super helpful with the setup process (: he walked us around accessing the building and showed us to our unit! There was an AC bump out in our unit (which ended up not being a problem), and he was willing to accommodate us and switch the unit if need be. Highly recommend, and the prices were pretty decent as well! Especially considering it's a temperature controlled building!”

“Craig was incredibly helpful & courteous! He made the process of renting very quick and easy. The property is clean & dry with a lot of units to choose from. I am moving my belongings from another storage facility where the roof leaked and many of my belongings were damaged. While I had insurance that was a hassle and losing sentimental items was disappointing. So I’m happy to have my things here now.”

“This is my go to place for storage. I love the fact that most of the units are indoors and are climate controlled. The building is easy to get in and out of, the access hours are reasonable, as are the prices. I have three spaces and continuously changing circumstances, and Ginger has been amazing through all of my changes and needs. Ginger deserves a pay raise!”

“We worked with Jackson Moving and Storage through the National network and their local affiliate All Chicagoland to coordinate our move from the Midwest to the west coast.
Our driver team, Ivan & Fabiola when they came to do a physical inventory on Tue 7/28 and then for the move the following day and they were very pleasant and friendly, and they were able to deliver several days earlier than they originally had forecast. There was absolutely no damage, no lost items, excellent help on both ends of loading and unloading. Also, the helpers on both ends of the move were excellent and careful with our stuff.
Our first contact on this move was Joe Illingsworth at All Chicagoland Moving. He was very responsive and easy to work with in getting our quotes and schedule arranged.
Honestly, we don’t know how the love could have gone better. We strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again for a future move.”

Edited! Great support and help from the local office to the supervisor overseeing this office. I was surprised at how helpful and responsive everyone has been. That’s why I’m going back to give Public Storage the 5 star review again
