Everything was great! Truck was new and clean! The only complaint was the U-Haul app kept crashing when trying to turn truck back in! Not the fault of Chad's Towing & Recovery they were great!

Such a great experience with this company- James came and took such great care of one of the women living in this community. He was kind, helpful and went way above the call of service. I will only use Chad's towing from now on. I highly recommend.
