“Farm & Fleet is one of my favorite stores. Lots of different items I buy there but today was coffee, nuts and dried fruits. I have purchased numerous canning supplies this year.”
“On December 1st my fiancee and myself went to this store to buy wedding rings. When we entered the store we were waiting in line at the front desk area for the next available employee to help us.
While waiting, we were approached by an employee (blue sweater, short grey hair - couldn't see her name) who left her station #3 with a LIVE customer to walk over to us and literally scold us for standing and waiting - she said we would have to get in line with other shoppers eventhough we weren't buying any store items. She left her LIVE customer to confront us for what reason we have no idea. That's not acceptable behavior from a customer training perspective - as we didn't see her name tag - we remember what she looked like.
As we proceeded to wait in line, we were able to purchase our wedding rings from station #2 - Kaitlyn as she needed help to make our transaction. She asked the manager of this store to help her make our purchase. The manager herself was very professional, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with the manager and Kaitlyn. In the event we decide to come back to Sterling Kohls for our 'cash rewards' purchases; hopefully your employees will have better customer service behavior than we experienced from the employee at station #3.”

“Well stocked and clean Marshalls. I went right after Christmas and enjoyed their holiday clearance items. They had multiple people working the checkout and it was a quick checkout experience. My cashier was very nice.”

“Hark! I, a humble traveler from an age of plagues and peril, did venture forth unto the grand establishment known as Walmart in Sterling, Illinois — and lo, mine eyes beheld wonders beyond the dreams of kings ?
Within this colossal marketplace, I did find goods in such abundance that even the royal courts of old would weep with envy. Meats, breads, garments, elixirs, and curiosities all lay before me, not guarded by knights, but freely taken by coin most fair!
The lighting within shone brighter than a thousand torches, and the floors were smoother than the marble halls of emperors. I did traverse the aisles with great haste, for naught did impede my journey — save for my own astonishment.
And lo! The self-checkout contraptions! Sorcery, I say! I required not the aid of a merchant, for the machine itself did reckon my purchases with uncanny precision. Surely this is wizardry bestowed upon this land.
The staff, kind as noble stewards, did greet me with courtesy befitting a lord, and I departed with provisions enough to sustain a siege of many moons.
Verily, I proclaim this Walmart to be a place of miracles and modern enchantment. Should thou find thyself in Sterling, thou must needs visit this glorious bazaar, lest thou live in regret eternal.
