“I belong to PFCU since they took over the former Leyden Credit Union which I joined in the 1980’s. At that time I was very pleased with the service and the employees. Since PFCU took over the office in Franklin Park several years ago I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and customer care which I never found at any bank. Today they worked with me from their Morton Grove location to successfully cancel a large duplicate transfer which was in progress.
