Returning car to O’Hare was a little confusing, otherwise the rental was great!”

Today was especially wonderful as I blew out a tire and had suspension damage in Evanston on Ridge Rd. constructuon and need to be back out on the road. In by 8 out by 1:30! Hooray!!”

I had to cancel my reservation more than the company policy of 24 hrs prior to pick up which they will need to take out my reservation fee Upon calling them and explaining that i had a death in the family and needed all my resources to be able to go to new jersey for the funeral they were kind enough to to return the whole amount, it's seldom now a days to actually talk to real people and reason with them and actually understand what your going through. “I've used Enterprise for decades. I stopped for a couple of years because there were always issues when I would rent from the Oak Park location. There were bad attitudes, they wouldn't have cars, after I'd made a reservation well in advance, it was just an undesirable business atmosphere and I don't do business where I'm not treated well.
I had to travel for a family emergency 2 months ago and without thinking, Enterprise was the first company I called out of habit. Before I knew it, I was there and having an amazing experience. Everyone was a delight to deal with. They were welcoming, friendly and very professional, which had not been the case for far too long. Ryan, Sam, and a gentleman whose name I believe starts with a T and has long hair, we're all amazing! They we're all extremely pleasant, efficient and made sure I was completely taken care of and had everything I needed. It really was a welcomed change. I made sure to tell Ryan how pleased I was with their services and that whoever or whatever was responsible for the change, should be commended immensely!
Last week, I found myself needing to rent again for the same family situation I originally had 2 months ago. I didn't think twice about reserving from Enterprise! I got the same wonderful service and I appreciate being so well taken care of. Congratulations to Ryan and his staff, they are all doing an amazing job! I hope the company appreciates them as much as I do! I will continue being a loyal customer!”

“I have been renting from this location since January and everything I can say about the experience is amazing. Tyler the manager is amazing he has been the main reason I have remained renting with the location. Currently still renting with the location to be honest I think Tyler should be the best paid employee at enterprise and considered the most valuable. He is professional, kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. When any issues have happened with the multiple cars I have had since starting to rent cars here he addressed them quickly professionally and with great skill.
Saying I drive a lot is an understatement and Tyler has made sure that I have a safe comfortable rental in such a way that I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere he wasn’t working. The entire staff at this location should get huge raises and his should be double whatever anyone is thinking. 😊”

“Pickup took a bit longer than expected; car promised drove away as I walked up to it! Replacement drove up 10 minutes later and I was good to go.
What's the point of reserving a specific model car at a specific time if Alamo does not honor the reservation specifics?”
“We have repeatedly used this particular rental center and have always had the best of customer service. We have been happy with the personalized attention and the vehicles we rent. Never any issues with anything!!!
This last trip coming home we actually had to use roadside assistance for the very first time. What could have been a very stressful situation........wasn't!!! What a very delightful experience dealing with that roadside company......and we were back on the road in no time.
So for us, everyone involved in this latest trip........more than 5 stars!!! We will continue to use Avis in St. Charles, Illinois for any and all of our vehicle rentals.....Period!!!!!!!”

I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”
