This is not a review specifically for the location, but for their employee Jeff. Hertz did not have the vehicle available that I booked and Jeff went above and beyond to rectify the problem to the best of his ability. I appreciated Jeff’s patience in making it right.

We had reserved an SUV and when we showed up they had it cleaned and ready to go. We drove over 3000 miles over 15 days and were happy with the vehicle. Not a fan of the new pro pilot cruise control, otherwise all went well. Drop off was easy and the final bill was what they told us when we picked it up.
