Rented a cargo van that we had to clean before even getting on the road. Dirty including food mess. Completely unacceptable and will more than likely not rent again from there

I wouldn’t recommend this hertz as the staff is very rude …the short guy I think he is the manager was very unprofessional. I didn’t get chance to pick the car I like ..he said we had only one option which is Kia k4 for full size sedan . He acts like he owns Hertz

We had reserved an SUV and when we showed up they had it cleaned and ready to go. We drove over 3000 miles over 15 days and were happy with the vehicle. Not a fan of the new pro pilot cruise control, otherwise all went well. Drop off was easy and the final bill was what they told us when we picked it up.
