Employee Didn't show up until 7:55am and then couldn't honor my reservation.

I booked a truck on Monday, for Monday. I showed up at 5:00 and the store lists as being open until 6pm. The store was completely closed and I was left without a truck I needed that day.I called in today to get a discount on my truck I still need, and I was hung up on.

The guys at Avis in St. Charles, IL are awesome. They always do their best to make sure you have everything for your car rental. They call to make sure if your car is not returned yet, to let you know. Thanks Jim and Baker for always making my car rentals AWESOME!
