“We love our sofa! The quality of the product is outstanding. We did the stealth system and love the sound quality we get from it. It’s perfect for a night in with a movie and popcorn or to snuggle up in on a cold dreary day. The fabric is better than we anticipated and it cleans up nicely. Sam is super helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband even got me a footsac and pillow!”

The problem was with the extras-a product protection arrangement and getting an Ashley credit card. The expenses for these 2 services totaled over $500, and we were not told the cost, but found out once we got home. We went in the next day to remove both, and it was no problem. Buyer beware.”

One year tried using an off brand chemical line to maintain our pool and it was struggle - went back to Great Escape immediately . “Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”

I love this location in Geneva Commons. It’s always well stocked and has been nicest people working there.
Just to share this experience, I just left after purchasing a pretty large mirror wondering how I was going to make it through the crowded parking lot lol it was if the cashier read my mind called for help and the sweetest guy I believe his name is Erin,
Very patiently waited for me to drive up and effortlessly lifted the mirror into my car for me.
Cannot recommend this location enough!”

“After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days.
