“We love our sofa! The quality of the product is outstanding. We did the stealth system and love the sound quality we get from it. It’s perfect for a night in with a movie and popcorn or to snuggle up in on a cold dreary day. The fabric is better than we anticipated and it cleans up nicely. Sam is super helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband even got me a footsac and pillow!”
“At first the sales person seemed un willing to or slow to match a similar price from another ashely. However as we browsed, a manager approach anand said they could. They both also gave us space, to think about the mattress we added to the deal. Whether to stay with the original deal or new deal. This space and no pressure, and not following us around made it more relaxed. We went with our bedroom set and new mattress. We are content with what we got.”

Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”

Based on the sofa fabric I selected, he pulled pillow fabrics I never would have considered on my own — and they were absolutely stunning. He had thoughtfully prepared options for tables, chairs, stain colors, fabrics, and accent pieces, making the entire process feel seamless and inspired.
Within just a couple of hours, Gary helped me create two rooms more beautiful than I could have imagined on my own.
And when the furniture was delivered, Gary was there to bring everything together. Seeing it all in place was breathtaking. My home now feels warm, beautiful, peaceful, and inviting in a way I never thought possible.
