Sherri, the ATT store manager, made the whole process as easy as she could because of her professionalism and expertise. Practically no one "wants" to change carriers but Sherri made sure we were satisfied with the whole process: new carrier, new phones, and a new dual line phone plan. “I had an issue with my work iPad yesterday that kept me from working at a time when I really couldn’t afford to be “down”! My company provider is Verizon but I was in front of this store and it was nasty storming outside. I walked in and in under 3 minutes Raj got my iPad to reset and he got me on the road. No charge by the way. Raj was just there to help! Exceptional customer service and kindness Raj! T-Mobile needs to give you a raise! If you need T-Mobile service… go see Raj!”

Rusty did not rush me with all the questions I had and made me feel relaxed and I would highly recommend this location. You get more from your buck when you are able to work with a retail provider vs someone over the phone.”

Received my replacement phone in less than 48 hours however I had to go into the store because for some reason the SIM card wasn't reading in my replacement phone I received. The Douglas road Montgomery, Illinois location had a nice young lady there working who was able to help me with my service issue.”
