“I just had Suburban Tire replace my car battery. The price for the Interstate battery was inline with other estimates that I had. The installation charge was very reasonable at $35. They did a very detailed inspection of most other components with service recommendations. There were no high pressure tactics and all services were performed while I waited. I have had only good experiences with ST and I highly recommend them.”

“This place is actually one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. (And I’ve been to a lot!) They are always so nice and get the job done WELL. We had an issue with the mass air flow sensor and after they fixed it, they helped us with replacing a couple hoses with holes in them. We didn’t even know that was going on, but after they fixed it the car runs like new. Thank you Robinsons! You have gained a loyal customer.”

I initially brought my van in for repairs, and the team was transparent, fast, and very reasonably priced. Shortly after, a minor warranty issue came up with a defective part to no fault of their own, these things happen. Instead of giving me the runaround or being passive, they took immediate ownership, apologized profusely for the inconvenience, and replaced the part completely free of charge under warranty right away.
When it came time for pickup, my wife called ahead with specific instructions regarding our key for security, and the team accommodated her request perfectly. When I arrived, the doors were open, and I was greeted by a friendly staff member who warmly handed me my keys directly from the office and walked me through everything they did.
They do the job right, communicate clearly, and take genuine pride in their work and customer care. I will absolutely be bringing all my vehicles back here!”

Came in with what my dealership told me were bad back brakes, and was told that they were in perfect condition and didn't need to be replaced yet. They then rotated my tires for me as well. They could have easily replaced the brakes and charged me for it, but instead they told me the truth. They earned a customer for life.”
