“Hands down my favorite Black owned Thrift store! You can’t beat these prices. The owner Jeremy is awesome and he has a great staff as well. You can find men & women’s wear, small housewares and beauty products carried in store (from other businesses). That’s not all, he has a beautiful space he rents out for your event needs. Definitely a place to put on your list to shop, and have a party too.”

“4/7/24 was my first visit... & the first time ever that the entire store, minus furniture, has been 75% off!!!!!.... I had a ball. Enjoyed conversing with the owners. Martha was exceptionally nice and informative. The woman who checked me out was super sweet too. Can't wait to go back. In addition to other items, I got a slightly worn pair of Jordan's ... I can't wait to clean them up and bring them back to life!!!”

The GEMS I found at this quaint little shop were beyond what I thought ... every turn i was seeing some amazinggggg and classic pieces !!! Literally, take my whole wallet lol the employee was SUPER sweet and the atmosphere was just very tranquil... thanks for an amazing experience .... I loved what I walked away with ..such amazing deals in this place it's mind boggling ..this is what THRIFTING IS !!! “This is my second time visiting, it’s my new favorite place to thrift! There is a little bit of everything shoes, clothes, coats, furniture frames and books. It’s very well organized and displayed. They constantly have deals today was clothes and furniture. They have the best prices, they cannot be beat, I have not found a better priced thrift store! And it goes towards a great cause! I will be donating my items here moving forward!”
“I have visited here a few times. The first time I didn't understand the pricing as I thought it was too good of a deal. The sign near the front, has the colors (of the tag) and prices assigned to that color. Had I understood that the first couple of times, I'd have loaded up. I'm kicking myself for not asking the employee!
It may be just me, but I found some great items every time! My friend who was visiting me, also did as well. She ended up with 2 gently used designer handbags, beautiful sunglasses and a bag full of really nice clothes all for under a $100! It's also a really nice looking, very clean, organized store, good music playing in the background and super nice staff. I'm waiting for it to open right now to hopefully scoop up some more sweet deals.”
“I just left the most delightful thrift store and I'm still beaming with joy! The prices were unbeatable and the selection was incredible - I found a vintage vest that's now my new favorite piece. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering to help me find more items that fit my style. The store was clean and organized, making it a breeze to browse. I'll definitely be back again soon!”
“This thrift store is AMAZING. They price the items fairly and it has a great selection. I wear 3X and I was able to find cute items including 2 halloween dresses (a month back) and a couple of cute long sleeve shirts. The volunteer Diamond was so helpful...Thank you Diamond! “Accidentally ran into this store and found HomeDepot overstock at a great discount. Owner and staff are very helpful. I have saved hundreds through tile, cabinets, bathtubs, light fixtures and plumbing. Recommend this store when ready to start a home project or just Worth a visit, you never know what shipment of goods have arrived.”
“Brand name items like Ralph Lauren. A lot still new with tags. Items I got averaged out to ~$10/piece. Wish there was a bit larger plus section. If you wear 2X+, may not find much in your size.”
“I have always loved this place & have been going there for many years! I will always be a loyal shopper! The deals are amazing and it's for a proven good cause. You can go in at 50% deal days, and save ton! It's a bit pricier than some of the junkier thrift store but it's much better quality items/high end. Ironically, some of the negative posts below reminded me that I haven't been there in a while and I should get their ASAP. It did the exact opposite of what these people were trying to achieve lol! Right before they close, they do warn people. These people are not paid, they volunteer their time! They work from the goodness of their hearts. Everyone there is friendly to me. That lady that might have been disrespectful in that other person's comment could have been someone that was abused herself perhaps, just guessing. I've always seen friendliness there but in the past people have been disrespectful and lingering around there after hours, so keep in mind these are unpaid volunteers. Also some of the people that were upset about the High-priced items.. well just go on the 50% off days. Or don't go at all and leave all the good stuff for us, lol. I bought this awesome Guess dress, Paris perfume, and bracelet pictured below, very affordably. Brand new Victoria Secrets panties with the jewels on the sides & bras for practical nothing ($4 brand new w/tags) You can't get that at other thrift stores. I know my purchases are going to abused women and children for resources such as shelter and counseling . I'm very proud to support this in the community and I'll keep promoting it. There were a lot of people in there today. I will also continue to donate my clothes too. I love to shop there, and highly recommend!”
“I was impressed with the unusual mostly vintage furnishings. The quality of fabrics and workmanship of the clothing and accessories was magnificent. I bought an assortment of incense on this first visit (unplanned) as I tried not to take home pieces I didn't have space to house. The service was welcoming and friendly. I'll visit again and again.”

“Been shopping since ‘85. Now I volunteer. It is super fun. I would arrange my work schedule to shop here, because the sale dates are very limited. Put the dates on your calendar! Almost all volunteer run!!! They support several Oak Park Charities. It is a worthwhile cause and a blast to shop. It is an old mansion and each room has a different kind of merchandise. A real treasure hunt.”

“For those of you that complain about their policy regarding them not immediately being able to price an item. This is typical. This is a thrift store. Service isn't going to be amazing. Their policy is the same everywhere "if there is no tag then it needs to be properly priced and you can return the next day in the morning to ask for the item and get it then. I did this before and they were accommodating at another location. Although it is inconvenient to have to come back simply for this reason. It's understandable since they need to determine the price a certain way to get some kind of profit and so forth. I don't believe every employee is trained to be able to determine the price of all or any items. These locations are always short staffed so keep that in mind as well. If you want something better in that sense go to a Bloomingdales or a Nordstrom. Not that you can afford it in this economy ?as they say be grateful for what you have”
