“Woke up this morning to an unexpected flat tire -- we live down the road from them, so called and they said to come right in. Really great prices, friendly service, and a quick repair. We got a used tire, that they can only take cash for -- which we did not have. We were going to walk to the store while it was repaired, but they told us to wait for it to be done to get the cash so we didn't have to walk which was really nice. “Max was fantastic to work with. I chose to travel further to Kunes Sycamore Jeep since my local Jeep dealer was extremely unprofessional, did not communicate effectively or timely. Took multiple days to do just an oil change and when I picked up my vehicle it was not even done.
I will only use Kune Sycamore Jeep from here on out.”

We took my 2007 Saturn in due to the engine jolting and they were able to figure out the problem right away as well as let us know we were in need of new tires. They replaced our tires at a very reasonable price and fixed the original issue which turned out to be the housing for the air system. I was a bit paranoid about a week after they changed our tires so I asked if they could just look it over to make sure everything seemed ok since I was experiencing some vibration. Jean was kind enough to take it for a test drive and determined that the tires were in fact okay and balanced. It was so very kind of them to take time out of their schedule to re assure me I have never had this kind of customer service at any other mechanic. This was the third time since owning my car that I have taken it to them and I refuse to go anywhere else they are the best mechanics in the area. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you think driven you guys deserve every 5-star review and every customer you get!”
“My driver side door was not opening and closing properly. I had an accident two years prior and the repair was done by another shop. Now something was wrong with the door. I stopped in to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center to get an estimate on repairs. I was met by Rick who instantly saw that the door was not opening and closing right. He saw that the screws holding the locking mechanism were missing and that the whole door was loose. I was expecting to have to make an appointment and come back to have it fixed. However Rick took my vehicle right in and made the repairs on the spot. In addition he checked the driver side rear door which also had missing screws and needed adjusting. He then checked all the door to ensure they were working properly. All this and no charge. Most anyplace else would have at least charged something. Rick and the staff are friendly, kind and just very nice people. I am very appreciative of his generosity and attention to detail. If and when I need any other repairs to my vehicles I will be coming to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center. Outstanding people. Thank you Rick.”

“I bought my 2022 Chevy Malibu RS from them brand new, the experience of buying the car was amazing, no sitting around for hours playing games with the numbers, anyway I also bought an extended warranty it even transferable if I sell the car, anyway the 3 year warranty ran out a while back it is August 2025 now, so there was a problem with the shifter, I called the service department and talked to Zoe she is great ! She checked all the details about the problem in there computer and called me back within minutes. Explain to me that with the extended warranty they had to diagnose the problem. She told me there’s one of two different type of parts. It could be that need to be replaced. She told me they had both in stock. I live over an hour away, so I explained to her that I would probably stay in town for the night she set up a loaner car, which was a very nice brand. New SUV fully loaded. All I had to do was put gas back in it. I didn’t drive it far since I was staying in town. I just put a couple gallons of gas in it, but she took care of everything. The labor the parts everything was covered under the warranty. She guided me through everything even when I came back to pick up the car, they let us pull the car right up next to our car so we can unload our overnight bags. They were very good very nice everybody especially Zoe. Thank you so much Zoe for all your help. You guys are all great.”
