“Office availability is sporadic, but in 2.5 years I never experienced any mechanical/technical/environmental issues. I was always easily able to access my interior space, except during one exceptionally bad ice storm. The halls were always clean and comfortably heated/air conditioned. I never worried about my possessions.”
“We recently reorganized our 4 elementary schools at Rantoul City Schools and relocated our PreK to a new facility. Hutchcraft was amazing on both moves. Polite, organized and efficient. The reorganization move entailed moving items from one school to another school, sometimes to 2 different schools. I have also used them for a personal move combining 2 households into one and again, the best service ever! Whether personal or business involved, I wouldn't use anyone else but them.”
“Pleasant and helpful customer service! I made an online "reservation" to rent a parking space but had some questions about the space before moving forward with the contract. Within a few minutes after making the online reservation I received a call from Kyle at Extra Space Storage who was thoughtfully confirming I was interested in the car space (as opposed to an enclosed storage unit - probably a common error from consumers). He pleasantly responded to all of my questions. I then attempted to proceed with the online registration that was sent through email from the third party online reservation service but the link with the reservation code was glitching. The third party reservation service representative was of little assistance in resolving the issue, so I called Kyle back. He assisted me by taking all of my information over the phone. I ended up talking on the phone with Kyle four separate times during my process. Each time he was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Throughout these conversations I formed the impression that my son's car would be in good hands.”

“Clean and easy to access. The climate controlled spaces are great for sensitive items. The units are very clean and minimal to no dust. The online setup is fast and efficient. The location is nearby and pretty easy to access. The post office is next door if there is a need to ship items.”

“Arrived at 7am for delivery and they had me in a door at 715, out by 820am! People were nice and fast unloading! They have restrooms inside where you check in. They open at 7am and take the last truck around 3-330pm. Easy in and out, plenty of room to back up as well.”

I am imperfect - I make mistakes... The staff treated me the same whether or not I asked the same question multiple times on different days.
