Our first purchase was tiles for over $700. We came back today and spoke with him again and he made us understand why it was best to keep the tile that we had instead of returning it for a cheaper price. From his amazing advice we decided to go ahead and purchase 35 more boxes that cost us over $2,000. He also explained to us the value of signing up for a floor decor credit card and we appreciate that so much because it gave us value. “After shopping at Crestwood Ross, Tinley Park Ross, surprised me. The store was stocked, clean AND neat. (Crestwoods towel department, looked like a hurricane went through it) The cashier in Tinley, there was one, was quick and pleasant. What a contrast to the Crestwood Ross. If one store can be neat and easy to shop at, why can't they all?”
