“Over the many years I’ve been driving, I’ve had the reluctant experience of visiting several body shops throughout the Northwest Chicago suburbs. None of them have ever matched the craftsmanship, service, and friendliness of Caliber Collision on Rand Road in Arlington Heights. They truly did, as their slogan says, “restore the rhythm of my life.”
A few months ago, my car had a minor “bump” in the rear. Having had excellent results with Caliber Collision in the past, I didn’t hesitate to bring my Jaguar back to them. The repair work was phenomenal — they completely restored the damaged area, and the car looked brand new. They also replaced a passenger-side mirror that I had damaged while backing out of my garage — again, perfect work.
Not only does Caliber deliver top-quality results, but they also honor their timelines. My car has always been ready on the exact day promised. On one occasion, I had an emergency and needed the car sooner than expected. Manager Mike Reed went above and beyond to expedite the repair, and I was back on the road in record time.
The entire team at Caliber Collision are true professionals who take pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — they really do cater to “the rhythm of your life.””

“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”

“I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette convertible from Albo Auto Sales. At first I was reluctant because it had a salvage title; however, it was explained to me that banks often total cars that have minimal damage but are deemed too expensive to repair. After some research I discovered that was exactly the case. These “totaled” cars are sold at a steep discount at auction. I believe Albo purchases these mildly damaged cars and reconditions them. In my case, I got the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. This seems to be a win win situation to me. Of course, it depends on Albo providing reliable and nicely reconditioned cars, which I believe they do. Dealing with Albo was easy and communication was excellent. Shout out to Leo for a very pleasant buying experience.”

“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”
“Took my friend to get a brand new 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid as not many dealers had it and my usual dealer did not have any currently and needed to wait. This dealership and especially our salesperson, Zach, are amazing, straightforward, and honest. Hidden gem dealership that you should not sleep on and try out at the very least and you will not be disappointed.”

About a month ago my Dad backed into my brand new truck the damage was barely noticeable no paint damage just a small crease these guys did amazing job fixing it, today July 23 I took it back over to have some scratches (minor) buffed from the hood that I am sure came from my neighbors cat jumping on it at night, anyway Alejandro (please forgive me if I spell your name wrong) was able to spend 20 minutes buffing it out and got about 95% of the scratches out enough where it is barely noticeable! They didn’t charge me for this but i promise to be back in next few days to take care of him!”

“If you need a great auto repair business, Star Auto Authority is the place to go! I flew into Illinois to purchase a vehicle and wanted to get it checked out before driving home. This place was the only business who recognized that I needed to get in soon and Bill was able to schedule me in. They did a comprehensive check and recommended some repairs. I decided to get my brakes replaced. For a auto repair business that looked this nice, i felt that the repair quote was very reasonable and fair. They even provided a loaner so I could run some errands. The service provided was top notch. I just wished that there was a business like this in my home state.”
