We own art prints and needed to use a scanner. We are very inexperienced with what type of scanner and, well, the scan didn't come out right. No problem! Ed, the rep, helped us resolve it without any 'make wrongs' or weird, policy barriers. I will definitely go back as their customer service is excellent!

I’m Local customer never ever complain just come in drop off envelope and leave, but today was something special , walking from back door receiving one of ruthless customer service just because of entering from wrong door . I’ll make sure this store will teach the employee not to talk customers this way.

This place sucks for EBAY returns if you can just use the USPS because they actually do their job and not just stand around and talk about food
