“Xfinity store told me to request repair online. Filled out information. Not until end the site revealed I could use a phone repair place. I choose CPR. Their site made it easy to set up appointment, confirmed, and was reminded of appointment. Perfect process. Will use them again and recommend them.”
“I highly recommend Vernon Hills T-Mobile. I could not get my google assistant to work. Something I've never had a problem doing. I came in frustrated and was helped by a young lady named Jennifer. The problem stumped her at first as well. But she diligently and patiently went through all the troubling shooting steps and then some to help me. I am a combat Veteran and try to stay away from stress. The ability to use the assistant when i'm driving and concentrate on the road is very important to me. The assistant helps me and relieves alot of driving stress. Thank you Jennifer, for your patience, your experience, and your great personality.

“It's a bit of a mess in this Super Target (recovering from Black Friday I guess). I could not find any holiday tablecloths. A Target team member directed me to the area and I later found a few vinyl ones in the Magnolia section but they were too small. The store is pretty quiet now and I found the ginormous candy bars for my white elephant exchange! Lots of candy, feathery friends, so many gingerbread houses (even a Target one - how meta!), and plenty of ornaments, etc.”

“Jessie was absolutely amazing. My son has been a First Responder for nearly 10 years. He joined the Navy 2 months ago and his and had no access to his phone. His FirstNet phone service was cancelled because he was not able to reverify his FirstNet status. After several phone calls and stops at 2 AT&T stores we came to the AT& T store at 445 East town line Road. Jessie was not only patient and professional she went above and beyond to make sure his phone was turned on and his ForstNet status was reinstated! She was genuine so helpful! Wonderful Experience!! 🥰”
