Every visit and interaction I’ve had with them has been A+. 6 months ago, I switched my Mom to my Xfinity mobile plan and they not only saved us a ton of money on cell service, they lowered her monthly home bill. Today, I came in because her internet had been slow and cutting out. Walked out with a new router and wireless DVR - we got them both set up in 30 min with NO trouble and had beautiful streaming and fast internet for hours. And her bill went down $3! I am truly SO impressed and grateful for such incredible service.”

She asked why we came and after telling her she explained our options and impacts which was very helpful. She estimated the wait time and happily it was less. The best part was she and one of the assistants Edwin went above and beyond assisting me by explaining features and functions on my phone and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this store under Karla's management.”
“Waited 20 minutes just to be told to call a number. No effort of providing information aside from just the phone number. Ozzie literally said he doesn't know anything. Complete waste of company resources to have a brick and mortar store if its sole purpose is to just call a number.”
