Glenn and were attentive and thorough. He spent a great deal of time to work out the issue with a new phone that I regrettably bought from an authorized dealer (instead of a corporate store). That was the 4th store we went to with the SIM card issue. Jayden was able to fix the issue in no time (we spent at least 6 hours before the visit with help desk and other stores). Definitely recommend!!!
