“For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.”

When we moved to the area about 10 years ago and I needed to ream out the threads on an old hot water heater drain. I tried a bunch of options but ultimately went to Ace to get a 1/2” tap. I asked for help, they quickly showed me that part, but when I hesitated ($50) they asked what I needed it for. I told them it was only to clean out some threads and I’d probably never use it again. He told me to wait right there and he came back with the tap from their own toolbox. “Just bring it back”. Wait, so you’ll lose the $50 sale and trust me to bring this back? Amazing and a shining example of what we should all support by keeping our business with local, family owned shops.
They will forever be my first stop.
While it’s impossible for them to have everything, the selection is broad and they carry most of what you’ll need.

“Did a couple projects at my parents home around the area. I came here for a few items, a few times hahah. In the same day, myself or my mom came here 4 times for parts or tools. We came for outlets, pliers, and some other small miscellaneous electrical related items. Also, Joe at the help desk was extremely helpful. He asked questions that helped me remember my list of supplies, and better understand the project I was working on so he could be of even better assistance. “Not the cheapest spot depending on what you're getting, but the employees tend to be really helpful and nice, and it's definitely a good place if you need a really particular part (such as when our hose valve kept leaking). We usually come in for propane for our business—you can get both tanks and refills here. We are part of their rewards program so we're always getting coupons sent to us. Love perusing the garden center, good plant selection during that season.”

“I can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hortons. I made a very small purchase there. Got to my truck and battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to help me out. “I would highly recommend this Ace Hardware. The are very Knowledgable and friendly. Ethan is an asset to your store. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I had a car key problem and was told at the dealership I had to get a new key because my nail was rounded and it could not open. Ethan tried everything to make it happen and he did! I dont have to pay $110 for a new key. All I wanted to do was replace a battery and get it opened and he managed to figure it out and the dealership couldnt. Thank you Ethan for making my day. Also please note your other employees on staff at 4 p.m. on 11/14/25 was outstanding and friendly.”

“Why spend 30 to 60 extra minutes at a big box store when you can park and get in and out under 10 minutes here.Competitive prices but exceptional help.Unlike trying to find someone in an orange or green shirt who works in a specific department and avoids contact; here they seek you out to see if there is anything they can help you with.And they have always been good at advice on a project.Support your local hardware store or you will loose it.”

“I was truly impressed by Gus and the entire service department. They recently serviced my CMC 83 HD track lift. They performed a very thorough inspection and completed necessary repairs quickly and competently, and at reasonable expense. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend them for aerial lift service and repair.

The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.”
