“Cute small and old style mail office conveniently placed in a small downtown area , I went for a couple stamps for postcards, the attention was really good , lola took time to search for some specialty stamps (american revolution ones) i was interested in , overall great service and wasn't busy at all”
“You know, it's a rare occasion you go to the post office and not just have decent service but for somebody to be so delightful to work with and go completely above and beyond. Huge kudos to Lolita, she went completely above and beyond helping me with a couple of things and helping me get a refund for an item that never arrived on time for guaranteed service.
If you end up working with Lolita, you are going to be well taken care of. Every post office employee was as awesome as she was I would look for an excuse to mail stuff more often.”
“Usually I come here after a less than satisfying trip to the Westmont Post Office and this location is a breath of fresh air. The employees are helpful and kind. Even when there is a long line behind me, they still don't rush or make it feel like I'm inconveniencing them.”

“Out of the seven post offices near my house that I visited, this location by far has the most polite employees.
It’s located just minutes off of I-290.
You can find a few free parking spots in front of the building otherwise. Also, there is a parking lot on the other side of the street that can fit more people.
This post office was pretty clean as well.
When I visited, there was only one other person in line.”

“I and my spouse moved in this area very recently so we don't know much about what to expect.
This was my 100th time visiting them (psst... remove the two zeros).
I am told to write that they are definitely NOT POSTAL and are very courteous and professional, and they provided good and prompt advice.
I am also told to convey that this place has spacious wirh free parking and a lot of self-serving facilities, even toilets too.
That they are excellent people.

I wrote this under the tutelage of a POSTAL WORKER who, in a very calm voice, demanded me to write this review.

“This is truly the USPS I’ve ever been to. I had trouble getting my fingerprints but both ladies there had so much patience with me and really tried everything what they can do to help me out for literally an hour and a half. And I eventually was able to get record from FBI within the day, thanks to the two best employees in this location. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their persistence and service-mindedness. Thank you so much again!! You guys are the best!!”
“This is the best post office and I even drive out of my way a little bit just to come here. They're open JUST long enough after work hours (open until 6pm on weekdays!) so i can get my small etsy business orders out after my full time job. They always scan my packages without hesitation and with a smile, too! I'll never go to another post office again (and i've tried many over the years: Willow Springs, Bolingbrook, Westmont, Willowbrook, Oak Brook...) The workers are friendly, efficient, and never close a minute earlier than closing time. Thank you!”
“On the positive side, the workers were helpful when I had questions about international shipping. On the negative side, only two employees were working in the front, and I stood in line for about 10 minutes before receiving help. In comparison to other USPS locations, I would say this staff was more polite and helpful, and the wait time was about average.”
“I can’t praise the service of USPS enough. My sister sent me a package from abroad, but the local post office put my house number as the zip code, and the address on the mailing label was missing my house number. It’s express mail, but the tracking shows no location. I was so afraid that the package would be lost somewhere. I went on the USPS website and filed an inquiry. A customer service representative from the Westchester post office sent me an email and called me the next day. She explained to me how the shipping works and assured me that she would pay attention to the package when it arrived.
It’s been nine days since my sister sent it out. She was planning to purchase another one and send it to me again. On a whim, I rechecked the USPS tracking and found it had been sent to the Westchester post office this morning. Believe it or not, I got it this afternoon. Awesome service.”

“Kenneth is the best. He acknowledges everyone and happy to help. I was going to prioritize mail and he suggested certified to send tax info because as long as it’s postmarked, no penalties. He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!”
“Strangely enough I have a fair bit of experiences with many different post offices in the area and this location is by far one of the nicest. The employees have come to recognize me and I am able to joke around with them which breaks the usual PO tension.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”
“I never been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop in and send my package. Customer Service was nice. Clerks were very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with the ignorance of a rude customer. While waiting in line, I witnessed a customer be very rude to the clerk in which she didn’t raise her voice or stoop to the customer’s level. I’m very impressed on how the cashier handled the situation. There are some extremely obnoxious people in the world and love to come and ruin the happiness of others. Some people are angry without cause. I will definitely come back to this post office.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the USPS today thanks to Donae! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude, which honestly made such a difference. She helped me with a return, walked me through certifying a piece of mail, and even took the time to schedule my passport appointment.
What really stood out to me was her patience and kindness. At other locations, I’ve sometimes felt rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience, but with Donae, it was the complete opposite. She made everything simple, efficient, and pleasant and I truly left feeling grateful for her help.
Thank you, Donae, for going above and beyond and making my day a little brighter. You’re an example of what great customer service should be!”
“There is a great, great, great lady working Tuesday afternoons! She really made my day! I do not know her name but she is very helpful and knowledgeable. All other employees should go to her for training. A lot of other people are giving negative comments and negative ratings, but I think they are the ones with the bad attitudes, because this post office was a wonderful experience. The lady working here really restores my faith in the American Postal Service.”
“My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. She could’ve brushed me off but made my day because I really need this piece of mail today va waiting til Monday! Thank you so much”

“Our local post office opens at 8:30am perfect for dropping off packages or in my case picking up a last minute card and gift card. The employees are always helpful and professional even despite being understaffed at times. I especially enjoy coming here because it is easy to find parking and be in and out.”
“Postmaster Abbey handled the Tyrant Terminator audit with impressive professionalism and calm. I was especially impressed by how she addressed an upset employee over the filming of the auditor, doing so without embarrassing anyone. Her ability to manage such situations smoothly shows her true leadership skills. A big credit to her outstanding work!”

“I came to this location first time but i was very happy with the experience. Ease of finding parking which is very close to the building. Lines were short at least when i was there. The person at the register greeted me and very pleasant to talk to. Very efficient with work and quick.”
