They were very quick to help us get our upgrades, as well as incredibly willing to answer any questions we had and were overall super helpful and friendly. When there was downtime due to transfers or software needing to be updated, both Bryan and Julian took the time to ask questions about us and were so enthusiastic during the entire process. Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job.
