“I had such an exceptional experience at this Home Depot location that I felt compelled to share it.
After visiting multiple stores trying to find a plant that matched the aesthetic I needed for my office, I kept running into limitations and was honestly feeling discouraged. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Aidan, who immediately stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.
Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.
Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.
It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was…..basic at best and tacky at worst. There was no design support, we were overwhelmed and lost.

Every once in a while I’ll see someone with their dog in there and it makes my day, that’s just me. The power tools are fairly priced as well and my lawn mower I got last year from here still works great!”

“John and Tony, who drive the forklift in the yard, were very helpful to me. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I needed a total of 34 bags of river rock loaded into my car, which I could never have done on my own. Very grateful they were there and so willing to help. “Customer service is absolute junk. We purchased three appliances for a kitchen and scheduled them for a Saturday delivery. Pulled out all of our other appliances and put them in our garage waiting for the delivery and they never showed up. Do not buy appliances here. They do not understand how to take care of customers. Too big.”

“Purchased a toilet 12/04/25 at store 1916, product proved defective 2nd week of April '26. Inquired to my local HD store, 1942 about a return even though it's past 90 days and lost receipt. Cynthia got the OK from store manager Marie Fox for a store credit. Awesome customer service! SPECIAL shout out to Gail, manning the return station, she did an exceptional job researching the purchase and closing out the return process. Gail is just the kind of front line employee Home Depot should have. She's a hard worker, pleasant, calm, and professional, doing a great job bringing a stressful situation to a wonderful completion.”

“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”
“i had no intentions in buying Lumber coming into Menards today and i recently needed help looking for Lumber for my new patio and Forrest was very very helpful he helped me locate the exact Lumber i was looking for and he was a very charming young man he wasn't rude or mean he knew what he was talking about and i will definitely be back to finish my projects this staff is incredibly helpful”
“Barry and Mitch were very helpful and answered all of my questions so I could get the lights that were appropriate. However I didn't get (honestly I didn't think to ask) a hard copy of the protection plan I paid for. It took me more than 35 min to get any info via phone and then it was wrong. I did call the store and the nice person told me where I could get it online. Seems I'm not in the system so i will have to fight that battle another day.”

I think it’s nice too they let pets in the store I was able to bring my dog Bo in there and the store members were very friendly to him :) thanks! I picked up a new chair!”

“Rosewood supplied our cabinets and counter tops. It was a big project and they were up to the task. There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. Some of the best pricing as well. I will use them for further projects”
