“I broke my phone and had to get a replacement! Anna was very helpful and was able to explain to me my current plan and break down visually my new plan upgrade and costs. She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. Anna made sure everything was set up correctly and all information from my old phone was transferred to the new one. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up. “Let me just say I’m not a person that usually leaves reviews, but I had to take the time to compliment the above and beyond service that a rep called Ronaldo B. Aka Rony provided me with. Man this rep helped me so much with all the issues I had as a new customer with TMobile. I had previously gone to get 3 new phones at this other location in Waukegan, the one located in front of target. Let me tell you they lied to me all around and screwed me over with everything. So decided to go to different location @ Fountain square in Waukegan IL, and Rony on the other hand took the time to assist me with all my issues and fixing everything that the other location had screwed up bad. Don’t have the words to express how thankful I am Rony. When I went back second time I could already see how many people waited patiently just to get helped by him.
