“Hello Fez and especially you Dave.Jerry of the Chicago Ball Busters,which are friends of ours from Lombard and the Back to the '50s St. Paul car shows said I should look you all up to finish fixing up "Grumpy's Ride". Well I broke it bad and it had to be rent back and rewelded back together.Dave did a great job on realigning back where it should have been and corrected the front end ride height so I could put a jack under it once more AS WE WAITED.That alone was a miricle in more ways than one especially after I couldn't even find anyone to look at it both before and after the front end repairs were made.Now Grumpy's Ride is better than it ever was way back in 2009 when we first got it.Both Mrs. and Mr. Grumpy want to thank Jerry and everyone at Stan's Service,especially Dave that Jerry said I should talk to,for bringing our only toy we have left to have fun with in our old age.We were treated so nice by all on you and we will never forget this.John "Grumpy" and Elaine "Snow White".”

This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. His transparency and honesty immediately gave me confidence.
The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail — my car drives smoother and feels safer than it has in a long time. He even checked a few extra things to make sure everything was in perfect condition before handing the car back. My car kept dying on my and they were able to get me a list of things I need done but are not the pushy type making you use them before getting other quotes. “Over the years, I had lost trust in certain professions, particularly attorneys and car mechanics. However, I recently needed to replace the tires on my wife's car and decided to visit Belle Tire inf Hoffman Estates, which was conveniently close to my office. There, I met Dave.
Dave took the time to explain which type of tire would be best for my wife's car based on my specific needs. He came across as incredibly knowledgeable, not just about tires but about other car-related issues as well. I asked him to inspect everything that might need attention on my wife's car, and he honestly told me what was necessary and what wasn't. I followed his recommendations and paid for the services he suggested.
Impressed by his expertise, I returned to have Dave check the tires on my 2020 Tesla Model Y. Despite the car having only 32,000 miles, Dave informed me that I needed new tires and thoroughly explained why. When I inquired about my suspension, he admitted he wasn't very familiar with it but promised to research and advise me.
True to his word, when I later spoke to him about scheduling the tire replacement, Dave had done extensive research. He informed me that my Tesla model has one of the worst suspension systems and advised against letting anyone tamper with it, as it could cause more harm. He could have easily made more money by offering to fix it, but he chose to prioritize my best interests instead.
When I went in for the tire change, Dave mentioned he had looked into various suspension options but hadn't found one that would improve my car's comfort.
In the end, what stood out to me was Dave's genuine care and dedication to resolving my issues. He took the time to research and provide honest advice, something rare among technicians. I trust Dave completely and value his recommendations, knowing he always has my best interests at heart and tries to save me money whenever possible.”
